Beautiful apartment with garden and parking

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with the bathroom. The breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the forest of Phalempin. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

In our garden...

On the garden floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a bed 2 pers, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the end of the garden, the "cabin once upon a time": a bed for 2 people. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and need to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

Studio Namasté

Studio calme et chaleureux, entièrement refait et aménagé, situé à l'arrière de ma maison, en bordure de jardin. Parking gratuit à proximité du logement. A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.

Charming Cottage

In the center of Annoeullin, with many shops, 20 min from Lille and 5 min from the train station to Lille or Lens, nice little house of about 60 m2 on 2 levels. Equipped kitchen and dining room around the pellet stove on the ground floor. A few steps up, a beautiful cathedral living room with TV and WiFi, sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed. A comfortable and quiet double bedroom and bathroom. On request, a single mattress in the mezzanine. We're waiting for you 😉

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, a 3-minute walk to Seclin train station. Located in a quiet residence of 10 units, you will have at your disposal a free parking space. The duplex is on the ground floor with a private entrance. A key box is installed for a self-check-in. 10 minutes from Lille, we offer you an ideal base! Fast charging station available on request at an additional cost of 10 euro, payment on site

Newly renovated studio in a former workshop located close to all amenities, city center 5 minutes' walk (Carrefour Express, bakery and all kinds of shops…). Studio rated 1 star by Gîte de France. Lille is 20 minutes away, Arras and Lens are 30 minutes away. Ideal for people traveling for work or for a few vacation days to discover Nord Pas de Calais. Everything is provided to allow you to travel light (bed linen and bathroom linen).

Quiet Independent House

Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac; it is in our charming house that you will have a relaxing stay. This house has a free parking space, a large living-dining room complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with large beds. And a 3rd bedroom, with a single bed. For sunny days, relax in our small, shaded courtyard. Be careful with children, the stairs to the bedrooms are steep.
