My Lille Apartment

A charming duplex apartment, tastefully decorated, in the heart of Old Lille: - 10 min walk from the 2 stations Lille Flandres and Lille Europe - 10 min walk to Rihour metro station or Lille Flandre metro station - 5 min walk to Grand-Place - 1.5 km (20 min walk) from Zénith de Lille - 12 km from Grand Stade Pierre Mauroy in Villeneuve-d'Ascq (15 min by car or 40 min by metro) - 12 km from Lille-Lesquin Airport Underground parking, V'Lille bikes, buses… everything is nearby.

In our garden...

On the ground floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a double bed, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years old), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the bottom of the garden, the "Once Upon a Time hut": a double bed. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and have to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 car or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, but very close to major cities, Lille 20 minutes, Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes. The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with bathroom. Breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the Phalempin forest. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.

In an inhabited U farmhouse, this apartment, with its independent entrance is located on the floor of a fully renovated old chicory dryer. Featuring a large living room of more than 30m2 with a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen (hobs, oven, microwave), separate toilets, a bedroom with a double bed and its shower room. At the entrance of the cottage, you will enjoy a small terrace and a summer bar with its barbecue. Attention: The staircase is steeper than normal.
