Vacation rentals with a patio in Providence

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay in “the office” It was a perfect spot to stay for a long weekend exploring Newport for our first time. We were able to walk to two events that we had planned and all other adventures we had in store. I must say my favorite part was having coffee(keurig with kcups on site) by the window and the sound machine that was on site that was perfect for night time. They provided clear instructions for parking and entering. The owners were kind enough to offer us extended parking after our check out if we wanted to enjoy Newport a little longer! We have already talked about returning here!

I had a fantastic week-long stay at Annette’s place. The central location – right by the train station – is perfect for walking anywhere downtown or in the nearby neighborhoods. It's also easy to hop on the bus, or, of course, on the train to go to Boston or anywhere else in the vicinity. I didn’t need the free garage parking for this trip, but was grateful to have the option. The apartment is spacious, full of light, the couch and bed are super-comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. On top of all that, there’s the lap pool! I loved that you can make a reservation for it and then have it all to yourself for an hour. I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again!

The spot was right on the main strip in walking distance to stores and restaurants. There was great security through 2 coded keypads. The walk upstairs was not too bad and the space was nice and clean.

Bobby was a great host and we loved staying at his property. The location of his apartment was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and waterfront. All the amenities you need in a clean and private apartment. Five star stay!

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

This is probably one of the best I have ever stayed in for the price. It’s an adorable place with so much charm not to mention the outside is breathtaking if you like nature and flowers and peace. I spent a lot of time sitting on their comfortable patio chairs and listening to the birds and just relaxing. It helped after a hectic weekend with my family lol. Seriously though I honestly have never taken the time to write a specific review before but this whole experience stood out for me and I wanted to thank our gracious hosts for helping to make my weekend memories. If you choose to stay here you will not regret it.

Leigh Anne’s house was everything we could have wished for from a vacation home and SO much more. There were many little touches in her home which went above and beyond what you would expect from a vacation home. Every drawer had something useful in it which someone may want or need. Leigh Anne’s communication was exceptional. We slept in the first floor master bedroom and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was really powerful with loads of hot water, there were plenty of lovely fluffy towels. The home also had loads of storage space, everywhere was immaculately clean. We will definitely return. Thanks for your hospitality Leigh Anne.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, it had everything you could need, and the backyard was my favorite. So peaceful. Sarah was very responsive and took care of an issue quickly. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in town.

My extended family booked Kendre’s place to stay for a family wedding after our other accommodations fell through. Kendre was very communicative and clear about the layout and set up and the place worked great for us. It was in a lovely neighborhood with many great restaurants to walk to

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

Absolutely perfect place! Bathroom and kitchen were so well renovated. Comfortable, yet clean and modern. Great location. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Heather’s place! The house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Heather was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. You can tell she really puts care into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and can’t wait to come back!

if you're looking for solitude for a break from some of the madness ....you can walk right out the back door and watch the boats roll by... a readily available fire pit can provide some warmth on a chilly evening or take a kayak ride thru the harbor to one of the restaurants. host is very responsive and makes good suggestions the place is a gem and squeaky clean I almost don't want to leave a 5 star review ...because I don't want anyone else to know about it....BB

Kelly’s place was a great find!! It is very close to downtown and walkable for most things. Parking was easy and the condo was very spacious and comfortable.

Nice little spot with plenty of options to pull up a seat outside. Centrally located and walkable. Would recommend!

Great location for local coffee shops and restaurants and very walkable! Only about 15 min walk to Thames/Bowman’s Wharf. We really enjoyed the deck on a sunny morning before going out for the day. Would stay again!

This Airbnb was a perfect place for a getaway with friends. It was conveniently located in Newport. We were able to walk to the downtown area to all the great restaurants and bars and were also closely located to the trolley. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Rich was very responsive when reaching out. We would 100% stay at this Airbnb again if we go back to visit Newport.

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

Fantastic place! Great location—walkable to many shops and restaurants and transportation. Very quaint area. Danielle’s place was clean and the check-in staff were super friendly and recommended lots of things for us. Only recommendation I’d have is to have a hairdryer available in the unit. We would definitely stay again.

Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.
