An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. Visiting and living inside the St-Remy village is relished just by walk, at the discretion of the historic streets. The car is necessary to visit the surrounding Provence sites. When in St-Remy, park it at the parking of Liberation, free 24/7 and just 2 to 3 minutes by walk from/to the apartment. Our 150sqm apartment is located in an historical building from the 17th Century with 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a (double) kitchen and 2 living rooms. We also offer a private closed garage (for free) in case you will travel by car! Being on the 5th floor and all windows being soundproof, you will forget to be in the very center of Torino! Also, being this our own home, we provide a fully-furnished kitchen, fast WiFi throughout the entire flat, washing machine, dryer any many other amenities!
