Barn vacation rentals in Provence

Christine and her husband received me very kindly and they were punctual at the apartment. The advantage, I think, was the private parking space for the car. From the apartment, there are several public transport connections within minutes. Montpellier is definitely worth a trip. It is easy to visit the city on foot. In 40 minutes, you can walk to the city center.

Mas Athos is a stunning home and property. The kitchen was very well equipped and the town of Uzes offers lots of grocery options - beautiful fresh produce all year round. The living room was cozy and inviting, helped along by the wood fireplace and the well stocked games cabinet. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the house has many (!) bathrooms! We visited in December and I can only imagine how spectacular it would be when the weather was finer. We did manage to play some bocci ball and dreamed of dipping in the pool. Uzes itself is divine - and very charming in its festive finery. The town itself has much to offer, as do the surrounding villages and beautiful hiking trails throughout the Gardon valley. Our hosts were gracious, responsive and warm. This was the very best of what airbnb can be. They are super hosts for a reason!

The views are stunning! Super friendly host with recommendations for dog walks from front door. The apartment is minimalist but has everything you need. Recommend.

Exceptional accommodation with a beautiful view and a location in the heart of Lozère that allows you to relax in the heart of nature. The accommodation, in addition to being beautiful, was very clean and contained everything necessary to live there (especially in the kitchen). It was not cold in the accommodation despite a low temperature outside and our host had lit the stove before we arrived which we particularly appreciated. In short, everything was perfect and I recommend it 100%!

Great stay! I particularly enjoyed: - Denis's welcome, - the surrounding calm, bucolic and rural, - the skillet, - bed made on arrival, - the small roads around to bike without cars (or almost).

We had a lovely stay in Véronique and Arnaud's furnished apartment. The location is ideal, quiet and close to tourist sights in the area. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and perfectly equipped. It feels like home. The terrace overlooking the olive trees is beautiful. Véronique and Arnaud are welcoming hosts and give good advice. Hopefully we get a chance to come back!

We had a truly amazing time at this wonderful villa. The villa was spotlessly clean and everything was in working order. The villa lived up to expecations set from the descripton on Airbnb. The town of Montaroux is very close by and other must see towns like Callian and Fayence are a short drive. You have many choices of very good restaurants and bars for lunch and dinner. The hypermarket is only a 5 minute drive and has everything you could think of at reasonable prices. The pool was the particular highlight for us at this villa. It is perfect and a great place to wind down and soak up the riviera weather with the children well occupied. Also a fantastic place for drinks and dinner in the evening if you're staying in. The host and her team are all very responsive and welcoming and easily contactable. We look forward to returning next year!

Very friendly host, anticipates any difficulties that one might encounter, very responsive too. Our stay went very well. The only small downside is that the pool is not heated, and since we unfortunately encountered a very windy and cool week for early September, we could not enjoy it :/ Apart from this, everything went wonderfully :)

This is a relaxing spot with a wonderful pool and a charming garden. We loved our stay here. It felt as though we had always come here to relax even though it was our very first visit !

My husband, our dog Gina spent the days between Christmas and New Year's Eve in this magical place. Immersed in the silence of nature, we lived in total relaxation for 5 days between walks with Gina, readings and excursions to nearby villages where we found very good restaurants. The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Very bright, warm and equipped with every comfort. Jessica immediately made herself available for any need. There was no need because her home has everything it needs to be a little slice of heaven! We left, with the desire to return as soon as possible.

We stayed as a family in this beautiful tastefully refurbished barn. The village is very pretty and offers beautiful walks, the host is very welcoming and has good tips. Lots of activities nearby.

Wonderful home and environment. Great for relaxing and spending some time together with friends and family. The property is near Alba, Barbaresco and not far from Barolo. In just over an hour you can reach Turin. If I have the chance, I'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

The stay went very well, with beautiful hikes, in a relaxing setting, in the heart of the forest. All without lack of comfort. Perfect for nature lovers.

Beautiful and very cosy chalet. We had a very happy family gathering and really enjoyed our apres ski evenings in the chalet. Easy to get to Meribel skiing via lift in Les Allues. Very peaceful location to return back to each evening. Claire and her husband did a great job with this barn conversion.

Fabulous authentic apartment in a quiet hilltop village. Perfectly positioned for exploring the Luberon and surrounding villages. Immaculately clean with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. Christian was the perfect host, easy to communicate with, lots of local advice and recommendations and he went out of his way to make our stay was enjoyable including a fantastic welcome basket of gourmet items. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
