Welcome to San Germano Chisone, a small town in the foothills of the mountains near Pinerolo (10 min.), Turin (50 min.), and on the road to Sestriere (55 min.)(Prali 25) (Forte di Fenestrelle 20 minutes). Tranquility and greenery with the possibility of walks and bike rides. Picnic areas and a park to visit. Various shops are within walking distance in the center. There is a public transport stop not far away. Accommodation on the second floor of a small building, with a parking space right outside the building. The keys will be handed over to you by me.

Surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with a panoramic terrace and an exclusive stone barbecue, the house boasts a vantage point marked on the guides, which is part of the property. In summer, hiking, paragliding and cycling; in autumn, porcini mushrooms grow in the garden. In winter, ski and bobsled slopes are just a few kilometers away. The accommodation is simple and functional. Strategic point for visiting the region and for outdoor. For adults only, not suitable for children and people with reduced mobility. If you prefer more comfortable accommodation, or if you have children, you can choose Casa Aiva, on the same property.

Our modern loft accommodates 4 people: the two bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure privacy and relaxation. The area is quiet and very serviced. You can walk to two supermarkets, a bakery, and a restaurant. There is a bus stop 350 meters away. Pets are welcome, as long as they are never left alone in the loft or in the garden.

La nostra camera da letto luminosa vi accoglierà con lenzuola e asciugamani. Il bagno è dotato di una doccia termostatica, phon e prodotti per la cura personale. La cucina open space è dotata di un forno a microonde e una macchinetta del caffè, il soggiorno dispone di un comodo divano letto e tv.

The apartment is in a residential area surrounded by greenery with free parking. From the veranda you can enjoy a pleasant mountain view and you can access the garden for exclusive use with equipped gazebo. Pets are allowed. Useful information for visiting Val Pellice and its surroundings will be available at the entrance. Within a 5-minute walk you can find: a bakery, 2 grocery stores, a haberdashery, a bar-tobacco-newsstand, a pizzeria and the "Cotta Morandini" ice rink.

You'll love my place for these reasons: surrounded by nature, 10 minutes from Bricherasio and the center of Luserna, private parking on the doorstep. The accommodation is equipped with very spacious and bright rooms. Dinners or barbecues can be arranged in the garden upon request and under our supervision, and if weather conditions permit. Part of the garden is shared. You can also enjoy the place with walks in the woods or enjoy the view in the relaxation area.

House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.
