The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. It is only 6 km to the nearest guarded swimming spot (Stadtbad Stralsund).

The property is located in a villa in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its eventful history, unique location on the water and the imposing brick Gothic buildings. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you. After a nice day of hiking, a bike ride or a relaxing day on the beach, you can relax wonderfully in this accommodation. Cook something delicious in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoy a glass of wine and let your gaze wander over the water. A TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs are available. For our little guests, we provide on request: a travel bed incl. bed linen, sleeping bag, high chair, baby bathtub and toys.
