A self-contained ground floor studio flat in an old French barn (built 1792 and renovated in the 1990's) with an adjoining laundry and storage area. Perfect for two people for summer or winter holidaying (there's enough space for a cot bed too). 10 minute drive or bus-ride to Annecy centre. The bus stop is within walking distance. The flat has its own entrance and is fully equipped for your stay in the beautiful Haute-Savoie. Parking opposite the studio. Apartment renovated in March 2024.

Located on a hill, it occupies half of a house, the other half is PROM'nons-nous. You will enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains, Lake Annecy and can take the path that leads to the woods! The details create the common thread and provide an elegant and unique atmosphere
