Einfach fantastisch! Die Villa hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Angefangen bei dem fantastischen Host Michail, der einem einfach das Gefühl gibt bei Freunden zu wohnen, für alles ein Ohr hat und so viele Empfehlungen, das man Monate braucht um alles zu sehen, über die wunderschöne Villa mit super Interior Design, dem tollen Garten mit Pool bis zur Dachterrasse mit Jaccuzi. Es wird euch an nichts fehlen! Ruhe und Privatsphäre? Absolut! Toaster, klar. Cocktailset, auch da. Bügeleisen, sowieso. Waschmaschine, easy. Cretische Gewürze und Öl, check. Tee, auch da. Kaffemaschine, logisch! Bucht einfach! Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen. Würde meinen Urlaub jederzeit wieder dort vebringen. Bonus: Im Nebenhaus lebt ein supersüßer Schäferhund. Traut euch ruhig Oscar hallo zu sagen! Er freut sich riesig über ein paar Streicheleinheiten und Gesellschaft! Weiter so ihr Lieben! Toller Job.

Roula was an exceptional host. The house was lovely and had everything we needed, including a great outdoor eating area. The garden has beautiful plants and trees, and the pool is great. Being surrounded by the well looked after goats and sheep was charming and the sound of their bells very relaxing. The village has well stocked supermarkets and there is a fantastic local butcher too. You definitely need a car if you are staying here, parking and getting around Rethymno is really easy. We loved our stay.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πανέμορφο, εξαιρετικό, πεντακάθαρο και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο! Αμέσως νιώσαμε πολύ οικεία!! Όλα ήταν υπέροχα όπως ακριβώς στην περιγραφή και τις φωτογραφίες! Η Σταυρούλα και η Χρυσή είχαν φροντίσει για όλες τις λεπτομέρειες μέχρι και για το πού θα κοιμηθεί η μπέμπα μας! Επίσης, ήταν πολύ ευγενικές και η επικοινωνία ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή! Η γειτονιά ήταν ήσυχη. Το χωριό είχε ο,τι και αν ζητούσες και είναι δίπλα στο κέντρο του Ρεθύμνου! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Θα μείνουμε σίγουρα ξανά εκεί!!

Πολύ καλός χώρος, άνετος, κοντά σε αρκετές καλές ταβέρνες (με τα πόδια) και πολύ κοντά στο Ρέθυμνο (με το αμάξι)

Book this! Amalen Suites (only 5 for the entire property) is in the perfect spot! Close to everything but at night quiet and extremely secure! My favorite part of my stay was the staff that ran Amalen! Thank you so much Maria, Jakob, Tolis, and Josie!!! Everyone was so so so kind and gave amazing recommendations for my stay. The breakfast served every morning was phenomenal as well!!! Oh and! My all time favorite products are used at this location (Olive Era) so I was able to buy some bottles to take home too. And because I was traveling alone they checked in with me everyday and made sure I was safe during my stay which means a lot! I truly had an amazing time at this hotel and highly highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND for couples that are traveling through Crete. The city in which Amalen is located is large and can be tough to find parking all of the time so I also did love that this was close to many restaurants, shops, IG worthy cute alleys and a 2 minute walk to the ocean. Thank you!!

Nikos møtte oss på parkeringen og hjalp oss med koffertene, siden det ble arbeidet på veien inn til huset der vi vanligvis ville kjørt inn. Det var nærmere midnatt da vi ankom. Han hadde spurt oss på forhånd om vi ønsket at han skaffet noe å spise siden vi kom så seint. Og for et måltid han hadde fremskaffet. Varm mossaka og gresk salat, laget av bestemoren, kake til dessert laget av moren. Det var starten på et fortreffelig opphold. Huset ligger med en fantastisk utsikt i en liten landsby. Her har man alt man trenger av matbutikker og spisesteder i gangavstand. Det er et godt utgangspunkt når man har bil og ønsker å bo med avstand til kysten. Det er et veldig stille området, noe som passet oss godt. Om man ønsker å kunne spasere ned til stranda for å bade så får man ikke det her. Men om man ønsker et nydelig og rolig sted som utgangspunkt for å utforske Kreta så er dette et perfekt sted. Kostnaden for å ta drosje fra Rethymno er heller ikke avskrekkende. Det gjorde vi flere dager. 👍

We really enjoyed staying at the Fedra Suites. The appartement is nice, comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the terrace to relax with the nice view. It was quiet despite having neighbours in the appartement beside. Georgos was very responsive and friendly. There are good restaurants that can be reached by walk (2-4 min of walk distance). Also very close to Plakias (5-7 min by car). This area is much quieter than the north of the Island. It is really a nice place to relax and absorb the beauty of the sea and landscape. We really enjoyed staying at this place and hope having the chance to return there. Nathalie and Dominick
