Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Prince Edward County

FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS!!! This vacation was perfect for us and a few close family members. The setting is pure country with lots of extras included in the house. The peacefulness was exactly what we were looking for. We had multiple visits from deer, turkey and other wildlife that let us feel close to nature. The house itself is beautiful with lots of open space and comfortable furniture. It's everything we looked for and more!

Our family had such a wonderful experience! The home is so spacious, cool historic decor, clean, and beautiful property surrounding. Everywhere you look is beautiful scenery including the gorgeous horses and donkeys. Clear instructions and the communication with the host was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our family and will absolutely stay there again in the future!

We celebrated graduation with family from around the country at the house. The kitchen was perfect for 12 of us to share meals and gather around the large country kitchen. Highly recommend. Thank you ! Great home :)

House is as described, the host was very easy to work with and responsive with questions before our arrival, had no need to contact them after we arrived. The home was open and roomy, the kitchen very modern and clean, loved the downstairs shower, overall we had a very positive experience.

Very hospitable host. Lovely home in a beautiful setting. Janet is very thoughtful and had fresh flowers and baked cookies to greet USA. Even left a card for my son who was graduating college. Overall, a great stay.

This location was beautiful. It was located 30 minutes outside of Farmville. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths it was perfect for a large get together.

After some initial confusion on a busy graduation weekend, we enjoyed staying in Patricia’s property. The host was responsive and accommodating, and helped smooth over some check in confusion promptly. This as a good home base for us with our six year and old and dog for our nephews graduation. We are frequently in Farmville with a child and a dog and will look for Patricia’s properties to rent in the future.

Highly Recommend! This place is even more beautiful in person! Super clean, cozy, and peaceful. The pool, jacuzzi, and view were amazing.we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and omg the sunset is beautiful. The bed and couch were so comfy. our Yorkie loved running around the big yard. The area is quiet and perfect for a getaway. We enjoyed a great BBQ by the pool, and everything was just perfect,very private too. Melissa is a fantastic host,very friendly and quick to respond. If you’re in the area, this is the place to be. It’s tucked away in a beautiful area. It’s quiet, peaceful, and the stars are amazing at night. The pool area is incredible. The hot tub was a highlight for me and my guests. There was so much room in the house - it just keeps going! All of the decor is beautiful and thoughtful. The spaces are incredibly clean and there are so many useful things around the house if you are in the area for a special event. Melissa was also so gracious. A friend of ours lost a phone right before check out, and she was very communicative while we searched. I highly recommend that to stay here. It’s worth it!!

Being the first guest was a first for me at any air bnb, the setting is extremely peaceful, the yard is an acre with an above ground pool. The host's were absolutely amazing and accommodating going above and beyond with hospitality which meant the world to us! This place and the host's were above and beyond expectations, 10/10 recommend!!

Everything was great! From instructions to getting to the farm to checking into the house. House was clean and it fit our family of 6 comfortably. Scenery was amazing and farm animals looked great. I love that the farm help let us be involved as much as we wanted. We could watch him feed the animals or help him feed. He also told us a lot about them. There are walking trails but they could be marked better. Check out was late enough to sleep in a little and have breakfast and not rush out. The horseback riding was great! I learned a lot and very helpful. We had a great time reconnecting with family and enjoying nature.

Renee's Cabin Loft was wonderful! When I walked in the first thing I noticed was that the temperature was perfect!! Nice and cool which instantly helped me relax!! In the little touches Renee makes her guest feel welcome. The decor is great and keeps on theme with the cabin vibe. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. Loved the comfy big recliner! The day bed by the window is a perfect place to read a book and people watch. I slept well in the bed in the bedroom and I really appreciated the use of cotton sheets. So many places use microfiber sheets which i can't stand. So it makes a big difference to my comfort level and sleep when cotton sheets are used. Renee has thought of everything her guest may need for a comfortable stay. It's in the little touches that she makes her guest feel welcome. Renee herself was so kind and very responsive when I reached out. She made me feel 100% welcome. I would definitely return! Thank you for a lovely stay.

My large family had a great stay at the Washington House. The house is on a huge property that’s so peaceful and a short walk to the river. We had plenty of room for all us and the kitchen was perfect even though it looked small on the photos, we cooked all our meals here for 9 people. Would definitely stay again when coming up to visit family.

This was our second time on the farm and we loved it! Communication was wonderful and they let us check in a little early which was great. We appreciated all the recommendations and tips for making our cabin warm and comfortable. Thank you so much for an amazing off the grid getaway.

We actually came to town suddenly due to my Aunts passing. We did not expect to have to get an air b and b and we lucked up when we found this one. I messaged and explained to her our dilemma she was so quick to respond and offer her home to us the very next morning way before lunch. Anytime I had questions she was super quick to respond and offered to help us in anyway during our time of need. The place was absolutely gorgeous just as pictured and well worth the price. Although our circumstances were terrible we felt right at home there. Will stay again but hopefully for luxury next time and not under bad circumstances. The hospitality and kindness that they offered alone was well worth it. They will forever hold a place in my heart for it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Roberta, the space was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Roberta was responsive and even allowed us to check in same day on late notice we look forward to staying with Roberta in the future for another peaceful getaway!

Best place to stay if you find yourself in Blackstone. Steps away from several of the best dining options in town, convenient parking, and easy access to Ft. Barfoot.
