Sadly, my husband and I didn’t have the chance to stay here because of water issues, but Patricia arranged a hotel for us. We planned to stay here the night of our wedding. We were bummed we couldn’t stay here, but the hotel was wonderful. We had an issue with payment and the hotel ended up charging us but Patricia promptly sent us the money back via “Venmö” The hotel was also more expensive and they covered the additional cost which was very kind. Hopefully the next time we are in the area we can stay with them! Overall amazing hosts and went above and beyond.

We loved our stay there, very peaceful!! Frank made sure we had firewood each day we were there for the fire pit, and extra kayaks which we greatly appreciated it!! I took my mom down to the lake to fish and you will always catch a fish, there is plenty in there! We want to thank you for sharing your cozy little place to us for the few days, making memories with my mother. When we come up to visit my mother we plan on staying there again!! If anyone is looking for a secluded, cozy, family time, this is the place to stay at! I promise you will just love it!!

Great house and great host! With five adults and two teenagers, the supply of pots/pans, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. met every need. The real highlight though was Jim’s extensive and eclectic record collection. In four nights, we never once turned on the TV --- or even thought about it. Thanks Jim for sharing your wonderful cabin.

Great location! We enjoyed staying at Daniel and Leslie‘s place. House was very comfortable for our sisters’ weekend (three of us, and we each got our own bedroom with comfortable bed). The main activity for our weekend was the high bridge trail which we could have walked to one section from the house itself, but chose to drive to a different section and that was the only time we needed a car during our stay. Everything else was right there in a safe, comfortable neighborhood for walking: great restaurants, charming downtown and a few cute shops. Thanks!
