Vacation rentals with a patio in Primošten Burnji

Gute Kommunikation vorab, dadurch war die Anreise mit dem Auto einfach. Sehr herzlicher Empfang wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig und der Ausblick vom Appartement auf das Meer traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung ist so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, der Supermarkt und die Hausstrände sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen. Einfach alles perfekt, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Es war insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war klasse und in der Umgebung konnte man vieles unternehmen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ivanka war immer erreichbar und stehts freundlich und nett sowie hilfreich.

Nenad hosts a beautiful apartment right in the centre of Split, which is great for being walking distance to everything! The apartment itself was lovely, decorated very well, clean, and had all amenities as described. If we come back to Split, we’ll definitely be booking this apartment again - it was perfect!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

What a great place! I can only echo other reviewers...the view, the design, the bedroom, the host—all are top notch. I particularly liked that there is a ton of storage and closet space in the bedroom, so we could stow all our stuff and keep the space uncluttered. The home area is serene, but the palace area is less than a 10 minute walk and is hopping with restaurants, stores and people. We did a fascinating city walk with Ancient Tours that overviewed the history of Diocletian's Palace and gave us a good intro to the city. Ate at Fetivi (very good food, best meal), Adriatic (gorgeous views, decent food, expensive), sandwiches at Foccacina (amazing!) and, for our first night, great pizza at Basta right across the street from the house. The weather in mid october was delightful (70's).Never got to the point where we were bounding up those steps, but it was definitely worth it.

We are so happy we chose Merimas place! Everything was clean and nice! She welcomed us and we immediatly felt like we are at home. Definitely we recommend staying at Merimas place! You will not regret this! Merima was so lovely! Thank you so much for everything!

We never had a better experience than with Sanja! She is so helpful and we are really thankful for her welcoming. We felt like we are at home, so we enjoyed the wonderful house to the fullest. Our dog Louie also enjoyed playing with her dog Bura and we are sure, that he will miss her. We will definitely come back! Thanks for everything.

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang und eine brillante Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes. Es wurde direkt geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten :-) Die Lage des Hauses ist in der schönen Natur Vranas und man kann dem Trubel entfliehen. Der eigene Pool trägt dazu bei. Zudem hat man einen Außengrill, um die schönen Abende abzurunden. Des Weiteren ist ein neues, zusätzliches Badezimmer vorhanden, welches auf den Bildern noch nicht erkenntlich ist! Es wird aber dringend ein Auto empfohlen, um Supermärkte, Strände usw. zu erreichen. Alles in Einem, war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen :-)

Pas Cvita ir Ante apsistojome antrą kartą,mūsų viešnagė buvo nuostabi, butas idealiai tvarkingas. Šeimininkai yra labai malonūs,paslaugūs ir rupestingi.Mūsų vaikai ypatyngai nori padėkoti Cvitai už blynelius jie tobuli!!!🥰 Mūsų visa šeima dėkoja Cvita ir Ante už tokią nuostabią viešnagę!!😘❤️

This is the perfect place to stay if going to The Garden, a well equipped apartment.

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Amazing stay at Zeljanas , she was the most lovely host I've ever met, made us feel at home straight away! She went above and beyond for us, we had everything we needed and more. Very responsive to messages :) The apartment was super clean, up to date and comfortable. A 10 minute uber ride into the center and a huge shopping mall only 10 minute walk away. Theres a free car parking spot right outside the apartment which was also a bonus. Bed was super comfy, slept well every night! I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Split or nearby , can't fault anything :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Ante’s place, it had everything we needed and we loved the view from the terrace and the tranquility! The small pebble beaches of Vinišće are a 10 minute walk away, as are the local restaurants and mini-mart so everything is on your doorstep. The apartment is clean and spacious, kitchen is very well equipped and the espresso machine was a great bonus. Ante was a great host, very communicative and accommodating throughout. He provided a cot bed for our 2 year old which was perfect. The place was easy to find driving from Split airport using google maps, even at night. Follow the parking instructions to use the dedicated space across the lane from the house.

Lokalizaja idealna na wypady w okoliczne miejscowości i plaże. W mieszkaniu czujesz się jak u siebie, kuchnia wyposażona w pełni wszystko jest sprawne, łazienka czysta i wszechstronna. Łóżka duże i bardzo wygodne. W salonie telewizor na którym można zalogować się na swój Netflix.

Mr. Vjenceslav war super nett, lustig und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls ohne größere Mängel wie auf den Fotos anzufinden. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit tollen Blick aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

First of all: amazing host and hostess. Extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the whole island (and what there is to do/where to go). Diana and Dragan provided excellent service throughout our stay, making you feel like nothing is too much to ask for. The apartment is small but very conveniently decorated. Everything you need is present, and even some extra complementary beverages. As is evident from the pictures: the balcony few is gorgeous. The town is within walking distance, and so are several nice bars/restaurants. Personal favorite was the fish restaurant Bago. There are a lot of mosquitos late at night, make sure to bring appropriate clothing/spray (they also have some at the apartment). There is also an AC in the room for warm evenings. Last thing to keep in mind is that the church bells ring early in the morning (06:00), but it wasn’t too bad. Thank you for your amazing service and letting us stay at your lovely apartment. Wir hatten bei Josipa einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und stets bemüht, alle Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Sie ist immer erreichbar und hilft sofort bei etwaigen Problemen und Bitten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, man geht über die Straße und ist schon am Meer. Eine Terrasse, auf der man herrlich sitzen kann und den Ausblick aufs Meer genießt ist inklusive. Ganz in der Nähe sind ein Bistro ( Val), welches wir sehr empfehlen können und ein Stück weiter gibt es in beide Richtungen verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, nur 1 Raum ist etwas hellhörig….zum nächsten Nachbarn. Sonst alles top.

Eine kleine aber sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtete Studiowohnung. Leider hats bei uns geregnet, so konnten wir den schönen Garten nicht geniessen.Dafür die gemütliche Wärme. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !
