Townhome vacation rentals in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County

It was a nice stay. The accomodation is great, good location and well equipped. There are umbrella and sunbeds what you take to the beach . There is also bike to ride if you want to go to the shop. The host is very friendly and supportive. The parking is rather difficult, but the host helped with the luggage and we parked at a different parking place. The house is so close to the sea that you can hear it in the room. The city is more expensive than the others at the Riviera. The beach is one of the cleanest I have ever seen.

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di Iva a Osor è stato molto bello. Iva è un host molto gentile, premurosa e precisa. La casa era pronta ad accoglierci nel migliore dei modi. La casa è molto bella; arredata bene e funzionale. La posizione sulla piazza è fantastica. Osor è un bel paesino tranquillo, ma vivo e pieno di fascino e cultura. Da Osor abbiamo inoltre potuto raggiungere e visitare molto facilmente diverse località e spiagge molto belle. Vacanze splendide!

Alles war top. Dragan hat uns empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank stand Wein, Bier und ein sehr leckerer, selbstgemachter Likör. Das Haus ist für Individualisten geeignet. Alles funktioniert. Es gibt immer etwas zu entdecken. Einzig der Preis ist für die Nachsaison etwas hoch.

We had a great stay with all the comfort we needed. Merag is perfect for a quiet stay close to the Adriaticsea! We loved the views from the terrace which was cosy and nice. Would definitely come back. Karmen and her brother were great hosts, really friendly and helped us with everything requested..

Jure's house is a perfect place to stay. We've had a really good experience and comfort. House has everything necessary for a good stay, 2 big stores nearby, bank/exchange near the beach, close to the old city, fortress, bay etc. Many good restaurants around! Fish lovers - would recommend to go to Crikvenica - 30 mins by car (plus there are sandy beaches available). Overall - 5 stars definitely.

Appartamento con splendida terrazza (usata per tutto il soggiorno), in zona appena defilata, per cui abbiamo riposato benissimo pur essendo a pochi passi dal lungomare. Ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa, avevamo tutto il necessario per stare bene (e siamo stati benissimo!) Daniela è una host gentilissima e presente. Io e la mia famiglia adoriamo Punat, e questa volta ancora di più. Davvero super consigliato!

Tamara was a great host and she made us feel at home. Thank you very much Tamara for your hospitality and taking great care of us. My family enjoyed staying in this wonderful and clean apartment. The area is very quiet and 5 minutes drive from a beautiful sandy beach.

Super schönes Steinhaus umgeben von romantisch verwunschenen Gässlein. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und für jeden der funktionierende Beine hat ist das ein muss. Im Umkreis von einem Kilometer hat man alles was man braucht. Meine Familie und ich können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Filip per una settimana e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! L’appartamento è molto molto bello, recentemente ristrutturato, arredato con gusto, in maniera moderna e fornito di tutto quanto può essere necessario per passare una settimana. È sviluppato in altezza e gli spazi sono ben distribuiti, noi essendo in 6 siamo stati molto larghi, inoltre disponendo di molti bagni è molto comodo per un gruppo di amici. È posizionato nella zona ovest dell’isola, a pochi chilometri da alcune spiagge molto belle a nord, a soli 20 minuti da Veglia e a una mezz’oretta circa dalla parte meridionale dell’isola; molto comodo il parcheggio a pochi passi dalla casa e il giardinetto con la griglia. Filip come host è stato eccezionale, ci ha fatto trovare l’appartamento perfettamente pulito e in ordine alle 10 del mattino ed è stato gentilissimo nel fornirci indicazioni e consigli per quanto riguarda spiagge e ristoranti nell’isola. Super consigliato!

Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit in diesem tollen Haus. Der Pool und die Lage sind gerade für Familien ein Traum. Jelena ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Eine klare Empfehlung! 😊

Die Unterkunft war bis auf 2 Punkte absolut perfekt. Eine Sache die etwas schade ist, ist dass man trotz eines tollen Fernsehers nicht wirklich etwas damit anfangen kann, da das Wifi sehr schlecht ist. Die andere Sache ist, dass aus dem Wasserhahn in der Küche sehr wenig Wasser rauskommt, sodass das selbstständige spülen sehr schwierig ist. Da jedoch eine super Spülmaschine vorhanden ist, ist das kein großes Problem. Als Fazit kann man jedoch sagen, dass die Unterkunft super war und wir diese auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen würden.

We came here when our last accommodation fell through at the last minute— and what a blessing that it did. So thankful they could accommodate us and our dog! We live in Dubrovnik, and often travel throughout Croatia to see more of the country. Of all of the apartments where we’ve stayed, this one is truly our favorite. The beds are comfortable, the showers luxurious, and there are so many thoughtful touches along the way. Pair that with Stunning views, with absolute peace and quiet, villa spa left nothing to be desired. If you’re traveling to or around Rijeka, or just looking for your next getaway, don’t hesitate to book here.

Petrica and her husband were great hosts. Their place is great for a family with several kids or two couples who want to be close to the beach. The beach is only about a 5 minute walk down the hill and there are several restaurants and cafes nearby. If you want to walk into town center, you can also easily do it along the sea promenade. The place is otherwise very clean with several amenities and even a large garden that you can use. The place might not be ideal for a family with a toddler because of some stairs, but if you can watch the kids, it is fine. This place also looks like it would be wonderful during the colder months of the year. Konoba (basement level) has a fussbal table and a small piano. We would definitely like to return there.

Das Apartment war für uns als Familie super, Wohnbereich unten und 2 Schlafzimmer oben, so dass die einen in Ruhe schlafen konnten, wenn die anderen noch oder schon wach waren. Die Ausstattung war super, reichlich Geschirr vorhanden und für uns waren auch die Küchengeräte und Waschmaschine sehr praktisch. Einzig den Whirlpool haben wir vermisst, aber es wir konnten verstehen, dass die Außentemperaturen noch zu hoch waren, was andererseits für unseren Urlaub supertoll war weil wir noch jeden Tag im Meer baden konnten. Die Lage ist ok, ein nettes kleines Dorf, zu Fuß zum Meer runter nach Malinska war es dann aber doch ein ziemliches Stück zu gehen (vor allem zurück bergauf sicher 30 min) Die restlichen Tage waren wir mit dem Auto zu diversen Buchten und Orten auf der Insel unterwegs. Ein sehr gelungener Herbsturlaub! wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! ☀️

Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa ☺️ l’ideale per una vacanza rigenerante, con la combinazione di essere in mezzo alle montagne con il fresco, ed il mare splendido davvero vicinissimo. La casa attrezzata con tutto ciò che serve, carinissima, in ordine e accogliente. Jelena ed i suoi genitori sempre disponibili e di una gentilezza autentica ☺️ Speriamo di riuscire a tornare presto! We popped here for two nights before travelling up to Pula. Zeljko’s place was the perfect place for what we needed. We attended the Zrce Beach which was lovely, easily accessible by car/uber (didn’t try walking). Zeljko went the extra mile from the second we met her, providing us with fresh fruit and a replacement air con due to a breakage. The house was clean, you were able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine if you wished and nothing was too much trouble. 100% would recommend

Lidija’s place was excellent! Easy walk to the beaches and restaurants. The place was very comfortable and clean, and well equipped with everything you would need. They even left a nice bottle of the local wine for us to try. There’s not much parking in Punat, so having a designated place to park the car was a huge help. Lidija and her family were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us find the best way to the parking spot and to the house, recommended restaurants, excursions, etc. It was just 3 of us traveling, with no kids—but both the town and house would be great for family with kids too. There is even a kids bunk room. Altogether an excellent stay!

Hébergement très agréable, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Maison très bien située avec emplacement parking à proximité. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.

Das Haus liegt in Smrika und zwar in einen ruhigen Ortsteil (in Grmani). Durch die Schlüsselbox und den Anweisungen könnten wir einfach und schnell selbst einchecken. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Haus, die Einrichtung und die Terrassen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf dei Insel Krk und das davor liegende Meer. Es gibt nur wenige Nachbarhäuser. Es gibt einen Wanderweg zum Meer hinab (15-20 Minuten), für einen kurzen Sprung in Meer ausreichend, zum längeren Baden sind allerdings andere Strände besser. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf dei Insel Krk, Bakar, Rijeka usw.
