Vacation rentals with lake access in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County

The semi-detached house is very quietly located on the outskirts, great sauna and hot tub, which is heated by the oven. The rooms can only be heated with an oven, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Plenty of wood available. Communication was great, they responded very quickly and helpful.

Ivan and Nada are incredibly kind & welcoming. Their warmth makes you feel like you're visiting family. The apartment & garden are lovingly tended and invite you to unwind. The apartment is private, spacious and self-contained. You can cook up a storm in the kitchen, relax in the lounge, listen to music and even do your laundry if you wanted to. You've got the most convenient base staying here. Everything you need. Drivenik is a calm and restful village to explore. You must find the walk along the stream looping behind the castle! You're an easy drive to Krk island, Rijeka National Park and Zagreb. Definitely recommend a small call to get around and you'll be able to see so much of Croatia from this convenient base. My family of 4 was originally meant to stay in Porec but the accommodation was so awful, we knew we had to leave as soon as possible. We found this villa available and reached out to the host very late at night who responded immediately and accepted our request. We arrived the following day and entered the most beautiful, spacious, clean villa with our own private pool. Our hosts were so welcoming and kind, we knew we were in safe hands and our holiday had been saved! Everything in this villa works and has been really well thought out in its design. The beds are comfy, the air con is powerful and we had everything we could possibly need. We spent the first 2 days relaxing and then started to explore the area. Crikvenica is a tourist town with plenty of beaches, activities, eateries & cocktails. We also found some quieter beaches a short drive up the coast and spent a day kayaking and enjoying the clear waters. Our holiday here was a massive success. Thank you Dula and family 🙏

Davor is a very nice, helpful person. The experience at the Air b n b was excellent. When we arrived at the appartment by bike on a rainy day, he offered to take us to the nearest supermarket by car. The flat is also very nice and we felt very comfortable. I can recommend this Air B n B to everyone.

A great place that perfectly matches the description. The terrasse outdoor is a great place and we spent wonderfull family time there. If you look for a quiete place, by the nature and great landscape, stop searching. We didin't see our hosts but it was as if they were here since they always answer our questions, always very reactive. All "self check in" is perfectly organised, easy going... no, really, perfect moment for us. Thanks!

We spent 10 nights in Marko's house in the summer of 2024. We really enjoyed it. The house is on a meadow and surrounded by the woods. You regularly see deer or foxes. However, there is a sawmill nearby and sometimes they start sawing very early. The house consists of two parts. The downstairs part is a eat-in kitchen with bathroom. There we spent most of our time because it connects to the garden and BBQ. The equipment could use an update once, but it still does what it needs to do. The second part is on two floors. On the first floor is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms and another bathroom. We were well surprised by the big one of the house. It stays cool. The garden was also very large and the pool is a great size. 5 minutes away is a nice restaurant where you can eat and local supermarkets. We enjoyed our stay.

The place is very nice and quiet in the middle of nature. Ideal for those who love peace and quiet.

It was great to meet Žaklina, the place has nice privacy ur own small space and nicely furnished. She’s helpful to share on our query’s and gave us wonderful itinerary for us to visit.

The hostess was really super friendly and went out of her way in English. Communicating was not very easy, but together we worked out well. Super Sweet surprises we got on arrival and occasionally during our stay! We missed a coffee maker or something else we could make coffee with upon arrival and a normal size frying pan or wok (there was only a very little one). The hostess took care of it right away, great!! In between often enough. The towels were changed and they even liked it early in the middle of the week if we liked our bedding to be washed in between. Great!!

Marinko and Kate’s home is centrally located in Fuzine and is a great starting point for exploring Gorski Kotar region. Their apartment was a perfect size for our family (3 of us) and was in very close proximity to restaurants, a market, and a gas station. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and organized. If you are travelling to this part of Croatia it is definitely worth staying at their home.

Had a nice stay in the apartment, cozy and cozy. Especially wonderful to sit on the balcony. Petra is very friendly and gave very nice tips to do in the area. In addition, she was quick to respond. Had a nice 2 days in Fuźine.

It was a beautiful vacation, Dora was a great host. Check in and communication was uncomplicated and she organized everything for us. If we go to Mali Lošinj again we will definitely book this again.

We had an absolutely perfect stay with our children in this beautiful house. We've never been in such a well-equipped space. There was nothing missing and the apartment was in perfect condition. Also the air conditioning at 36 degrees was very valuable and made for a cool retreat. The highlight was of course the beautiful garden and the large, absolutely clean pool. Also a huge thank you to Jelena and her husband, who provided us with the best tips every day. If we come back to the region, we will definitely come back. Definitely recommend !

Amazing place to stay and a helpful communicative host. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean and functionally furnished and the two of us felt very comfortable. The view from the terrace over the sea to the opposite island of Pag is outstanding - wonderful sunsets! The ferry to Pag was right in the village, further below - the crossing is very worthwhile. Prizna is a small, extremely quiet village. Good starting point to explore North Dalmatia (Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica Gorge, Velebit Mountains, Pag and Rab Islands, Zadar, etc.). Communication with Jens and Lida was warm, quick and straightforward and they had nice tips ready for us.

We were only there for one night and actually far too short! Drazenka is very sweet and caring and thinks along! The arrival and the stay felt very nice by her! The girls enjoyed swimming in the pool! Views were beautiful and we slept wonderfully! However, it is useful if you fill out maps...where the lockbox is...that's where the stay is! We were met by Drazenka!
