Awesome 3 bed vacation lake house. Great location!

Three bedroom house right on Johnson’s Pond with private water access right in the back yard. House features queen master with deck overlooking the pond. 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin bunk bed above along with a stand alone twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Perfect for one or two couples to share. Full kitchen and laundry along with WiFi and streaming services. Use of 2 kayaks and pedal boat. Just two miles from I-95, so everything in southern New England is just minutes away!!

Bright and sunny newly renovated second and third floor of house built in late 1800s. Three blocks from Mystic Seaport, a short walk to downtown Mystic. Off street parking on the side of the house. House has plenty of space with two bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen size futon. I Homey and comfortable to make you feel you can put your feet up and relax. User friendly. First floor is used as an office only on weekdays. Only 1/2 mile from Mystic Amtrak station, an easy walk.

We are long-time AirBNB guests who have tried to create the home we are always looking to book -- family friendly with modern amenities. Open floor plan on the main level, new heat and air con throughout the house, three bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor. Art supplies, toys and children's books all ready for you as well as a pack n play and booster seat. Backyard oasis with pergola, walking distance to drawbridge. Pets considered on a case by case basis.

Well located Greenport 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Historic renovated private home with modern furnishings and updated appliances and finishings. Patio and yard with outdoor shower, fire pit, and yard. Central AC and heat. Properly licensed as a rental with Greenport Village and Suffolk County. I now add the airbnb fees and local and state taxes onto the listing. The home was exactly as described! It was lovely. A serene and peaceful vibe throughout and in the yard. both roomy and spacious. We were even surprised to get a water view from the top deck! All and all the house was very well appointed with everything we needed from chef quality pots and pans and dishes as well as a new out side gas grille! Beautiful artwork through out! Julie was great to work with and gave us excellent ideas for what to do and where to go in the area. We will surely go back! A great place for couples or a family with children.

We traveled up from Florida to visit family in RI & MA for Thanksgiving and stayed in the lake house. After a very long drive, it was so lovely checking in to a bright, clean, peaceful house. Everything is brand new and well appointed. Jolene was so responsive on the week leading up, flexible with our arrival time and had great local recommendations. After we arrived she stopped by with flowers to welcome us. We lived in Rhode Island for 40 years and I had never been to that area of the state before! While it feels like a peaceful retreat, the little village center is about 2 miles away and has grocery, cvs, Dunkins, and a brewery among other things. We also drove a few minutes further to one of the oldest country stores in America. The fire pit was fun for the kids to make s’mores and we enjoyed playing all of the games every night. It was a great Airbnb stay and we will definitely be back again to enjoy it in the warmer weather!

Cassie’s place was adorable! Cozy and clean and just as described. We were a group of 4 women on LI for a girls weekend and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and bedrooms/baths. We walked into the town of Greenport a few times and loved the shops and restaurants. Cassie was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again!

This house served our family very well for a multi-month stay. The house and property are just like the photos and all the amenities were great to have. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place near the water in East Hampton. Petra was always very responsive with anything we needed and was an excellent host.

Great place - ideal location, close to the key beaches (driving distance, although you could walk to Scarborough), ocean views and a nice little neighborhood to walk the dog in. While it is off of a main-ish road, the traffic was never that much and it was generally quiet. The house itself was very nice - well appointed, plenty of utensils in the kitchen, beds were fresh and comfortable, linens were fairly new. Plenty of beach towels and beach gear. All in all, we were pleased to have brought our family of 7, and could have easily brought another 4-6 more given all the space in the house.

The location and Shana’s house were amazing! It’s even better than the pictures. Shana has created a clean ,beautiful, welcoming and cozy place that makes you feel at home! The house has everything you may need and even more. But most of all is that view of the lake through the huge windows all around the house! Thank you, Shana! Looking forward to visiting this special place again in the spring!!

Absolutely pristine, it offered a perfect blend of comfort and beauty. It is clear that the property is meticulously maintained, spotless, elegant, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and every amenity was provided. The best part is the area! WOW. We walked into Mystic at least twice a day and had lovely morning strolls along the water. The back deck is perfect for coffee and pm cocktails. I highly recommend it. We'll be back.
