Very beautiful home . We arrived late at night and was a little difficult to find and to see what a beautiful location this was . There are many beautiful homes in this gated community , very well kept gardens . We realised this in the morning . Lots of native visitors ( kangaroos and owls) Very well appointed kitchen including a coffee machine and milk frother.( nb the little spinner inside the frother was missing so it was hard to froth) Thank you for providing coffee pods , a very appreciated thing first thing in the morning . May I suggest if possible to have some Milk at least for first day ? We loved the balcony with the big table and chairs . Just a pity it was too cold but hopefully we will be back to enjoy this beautiful place again . Not too far from Beautiful wineries and shopping town and train station . The perfect place for four mates from all over Australia to come together and stay for three nights. Restaurants nearby had great food and town are close enough to walk to or you can use the free tram. Bottle shops and supermarkets were only a few minutes walk. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again when visiting Melbourne next.

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

Jo's place is lovely, we are lucky enough to know the area really well. Being this central, in such a cool and funky place was amazing. the fact that we could bring our beloved senior pups was absolutely invaluable. we hope to be able to stay again one day.

The location was the best point of the house. Was easy to get anywhere you’d like to go. There was parkings on the street with a two hour limit during weekdays which made id a bit difficult, but if you staying for a weekend, you won’t have any issues.

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and made for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

location, location, location. Perfect spot, close to tram, beautiful restaurants, hotels and Albert Park. Really comfortable and super clean space.

The proximity to the University (we were on sabbatical for 3.5 months) was key for us. Everything we needed was walkable - from Lygon Street to CBD to Fitzroy and other surrounding neighborhoods. Tram stop was close. Good restaurants, bakeries, butcher, coffee and public library were mere steps away. Woolworth's for groceries was just down the alley and Clyde pub across the street. The place was cozy but plenty of storage & we adjusted to using the stove/oven, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Kitchen was well stocked & had a Nespresso unit. Small second bedroom had usable twin bed and desk space. Neighborhood was relatively quiet with lots of trees and nearby parks. Nina and Brian were great hosts - responsive and helpful on any issues and a font of information on all things Melbourne and Australia. We generally did not hear sounds from downstairs neighbor or adjacent unit Just an excellent comfy place for our time in Melbourne-highly recommended for longer stays. We were sad to leave.

We had a lovely family stay at Ashlynn’s. There were six adults so the smart lock was particularly convenient. Great location - close to public transport and local restaurants.

We had a great stay, the house is in a nice location with a great walk along the river nearby and a perfect park for little kids. Nella was a great host, easy to communicate with and made our stay perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Gary's spacious home. Comfy lounges and beds, everything you need on hand, and great quality appliances. Location suited us well, as we enjoy walking, peaceful area, bonus was we were able to walk home after a concert at Rod Laver.

Hosting has been really responsive, & they are really generous in providing extra towels even we didn't ask for it. The neighborhood is really nice & quiet, its very accessible to the city via train & also supermarket & restaurants are all within working distance. All instructions given are really clear. Will definitely come back again.

Short walk to Craigieburn central. Close drive to our worksite. Close drive to multiple other restaurants. DTR responded quickly and we could extend our stay easily.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Brittany communicated promptly and clearly, check in was straight forward, and the accommodation was clean, very comfortable, well equipped and well located. No hesitation in recommending this listing and would gladly stay again.

Mei was very friendly and was in contact right from the time we reserved the Townhouse She had a very helpful booklet with information on transport where to eat WIFI password . She provide step by step instructions on where to park to get into the Townhouse which was very helpful as we arrived after 10 pm at night I would recommend Mei and her Townhouse. It suited our needs very well.

Laura’s place was a great deal and super smooth last minute booking. Super comfy beds. Super easy to find and perfectly located for us, a short walk from Yarraville village.

Nick was a great host. Responsive and provided some wonderful local suggestions. Townhouse is in a secure complex and very quiet. Easy walk to trams to city or South Yarra.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Cara’s with four friends and we had a great time!k. It was perfectly situated to enjoy Carlton and surrounds with fantastic restaurants, bars and cafe’s within easy walking distance (Lygon St is basically around the corner). The beautiful Carlton Gardens and Melbourne museum is also nearby and the CBD was only a 30 min walk from the apartment. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. It has a great shower with enough hot water to cater for five adult women. You do need to take care on the stairs as it is an old terrace house so they are quite steep and narrow but otherwise have no complaints.

Another fantastic stay at Shaun’s place! The property was spotless, fully stocked with all the essentials, and incredibly comfortable...Clearly very well looked after. What truly sets this listing apart is the host. Shaun is hands-down one of the best hosts on the Airbnb platform... responsive, thoughtful, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Quiet and peaceful townhouse. We were given an early check in and had no inconvenience at all during our stay.This is a place I would stay again if I were to visit Melbourne again.
