Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

Big top house, everything as described. Structure of the house served the whole family. Very clean house very good leisure area, household items, linens and bath linens available. Overall it was a great stay.

We were greeted with great affection. My family is big and Nivalda managed to accommodate us very well. The bedding was clean and smelly. My children loved the place because it is a farmhouse, there are chickens, oxen behind the house. Very nice! Thank you from my heart for taking care with us.

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

The Guest House of Tania is a piece of paradise in the ES. Where you look is very green, places very well taken care of, contact with nature is lush and both Tania and the staff of the site are quite kind and willing to help. I had days of much relaxation with my family having outdoor coffee and enjoying the clean pool with plenty of green around. We also took a tour of the Dragon Route, indicated by Tania, which was worth it, as we had the opportunity to get to know the natural and historical beauties of the region.

New property, with easy access in a very quiet location. The pool is large enough for the number of guests. Castelhanos Beach is extremely pleasant and family-friendly. I suggest installing air equipment in all rooms (only one of the three had it), but nothing that the installed fan could not supply. The contact with the person in charge was always very cordial and polite, leaving nothing to be desired. I recommend it and will be back!

Estadia was without mishaps with everything working as advertised, all very clean. Just one observation. All the bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. But as I went in March and the temperature was very high air conditioning in the rooms would come in handy.

The only evaluation for site improvements would be the installation of box blindex or curtain for the box in the bathroom!

Very quiet place, very close to deserted beach (turtle nesting site), close to Castelhanos beach, which is very good. For those who like to visit other beaches in the region, the location is excellent, as it is right in the middle, making it easy to travel to other regions.

Ricardo's house is in a very cozy and peaceful village. By car, it's just a few kilometers from the center of Anchieta and beautiful beaches! The space was very organized and clean, with available dining utensils, bedding, pillows. We really like Ricardo's care and kindness, giving guidance on check-in and quickly answering questions. A very special corner in Anchieta, especially for those seeking peace and quiet! Indoor climate in a coastal city, close to sights and several beaches! We were also greeted by 3 beautiful baby kittens, who stayed with us on some of the days of their stay. We would definitely host there again in the next opportunity!

Great local, all nearby, bakery, market, wholesale. Easy access. Ana Mara very polite and also easy to communicate. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was very pleasant. The property's location is amazing, close to everything. It has a balcony overlooking the sea that provided us with very pleasant moments! Walter, our host, and his family were always very attentive and helpful. Thanks to them for hosting us!!!!

It was an amazing experience our stay at Fernando's house. Excellent host, gave us all the instructions very politely, the house is complete, it has everything to provide a great experience. Comfortable mattresses and sofa, very well-equipped kitchen, in short, only compliments. I intend to return soon.

The house is as advertised. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, including an airfryer. The barbecue is great and even has spinning skewers. The air conditioning of the suite is perfect. The host Priscila, who left us pampering, including soft drinks and biscuits, is wonderful. Super attentive, sent us suggestions of restaurants and quickly responded to our messages. The house is very beautiful and was impeccable, super clean and tidy. We indicate to everyone!

It was an amazing weekend with my son, away from the screens and hustle and bustle of our routine. I wanted to take him to a quiet place where he could enjoy nature and tranquility to walk, run and play barefoot, as well as having the possibility of hiking in some nearby place. That's exactly what I found. A very well-kept house, with plants and visiting birds and at times even little monkeys. Everaldo and his wife's attention is amazing. They were always concerned if we were well settled or if we needed anything. They gave us great tips on places to visit in the area and restaurants for our meals. I felt an immeasurable sense of well-being with my family, so as soon as I can, I'll be back to enjoy the place and the hosts' attention a little more.

Matheus was super attentive from the moment he was still in doubt about the reservation, a place identical to the announced photos, without taking it for anything. Super clean and well maintained environment, bed linens and bathrooms. My family and I felt at home! The place is easy access, surrounded by restaurants and snack bars, with markets a 3-minute walk away. It has a 3 minute walk beach as well, great for walking. The best known beaches of Marataízes are about 20 minutes by car, which was great for me because I was able to get to know it without problems. We stayed 4 days on a holiday weekend and everything was great, note 10! For sure if I return to Marataízes and region will be the first place I will look for to spend the period.

The structure of the house is spectacular! The location is great, with a wonderful sea view!! The tranquility then, there is no talk… we are in eight people and we are all delighted with the structure that the house offers and its location by the sea.
