Cabin vacation rentals in Presidente Franco

The views are breathtaking. And the apartment was surprisingly modern and felt very fancy. The remote controlled curtains revealing views of the river in the morning, while sat up in bed enjoying a coffee.. it felt magical. The jacuzzi was a very relaxing touch. I also enjoyed the pool. Ezequiel was the most responsive and proactive host I've encountered. With close to zero notice, upon learning I'm vegan, he went to a local bakery to buy me breakfast and a packed lunch for my travels. The surrounding area is residential and you won't find anything within walking distance, in the way of restaurants etc (at least as far as I saw!). But you can get a taxi, drive or take the bus into town. And realistically, the beauty of the property is that it feels remote. Fully recommend. A highlight of south america for me.

Perfect Stay – Just Like the Pictures! Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping right into the beautiful photos. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was amazing—communication was quick, efficient, and super helpful. Every driver was on time and incredibly kind, making transportation seamless. We love Lucho 🤗💛 We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend! The cabins are beautiful inside & out, with a terrific view of the river. Super clean, cozy, and Ezequiel gave us terrific recommendations for restaurant’s & activities. Couldn’t ask for more!

La cabane au toucan de Nahuel était une expérience incroyable! L’hôte est extrêmement réactif, avec de bonnes recommandations. Nous avons eu plusieurs coupures de courant à cause d’un orage mais il a réagi rapidement pour que nous ayons à nouveau tout le confort. L’environnement est beau et la piscine est très agréable après une longue journée d’excursion. Malgré les autres logements autour, la terrasse reste très privée. Nous avons été ravies de notre séjour! Merci encore de l’accueil :)

Peaceful. Tranquil. Beautiful. Serene. Comfortable. Five words that best describe the Five stars that Ezequiel, his place, and our stay well deserve. Everything was perfectly orchestrated and we were looked after incredibly well the entire time. Even before check-in, Ezequiel's communications, excellent recommendations and proactive assistance impressed, and he was always there to assist with a warm smile. The cabañas are so well appointed, the bedding... OMG, Soooo comfortable (something not easily found in this part of the world), plus a jacuzzi for 2 with a view! Enjoy gorgeous Paraguayan sunsets over the Paraná and relax in comfort and style. I can't say enough good things about Ezequiel or Costa del Sol. Just awesome! If you're visiting this area and considering this spot, do yourself a favor and book it now!

Toen we aankwamen, waren we direct verliefd op het mooie stukje terrein. Het staat vol met fruitbomen, en prachtige planten en heeft overal leuke plekjes om te zitten. Het uitzicht was geweldig! Je kan genieten van de gezelligheid aan het meer, en van alle dieren en vogels in de omgeving. In het weekend is er muziek van alle kanten van het meer. Er werden ook feestjes en bbq op het terrein gevierd, en dat bracht een gezellige sfeer. De host was vriendelijk en reageerde snel wanneer we iets wilde vragen, ook bijboeken was geen probleem. Helaas was het fornuis niet in werking, maar daar kwamen ze snel vervanging voor brengen, zodat wij alsnog konden koken. De slaapkamers waren fijn om te slapen. Het hele huis was mooi ingericht. De omgeving en het terrein zowel als het huis is zeker de moeite waard om te logeren. Ik hoop dat ik hier ooit nog terug zal komen.

¡Una experiencia inolvidable! Nos sentimos como en casa, rodeados de comodidades y un entorno impecable. La limpieza, el orden y el confort nos hicieron sentir como reyes. El patio es un verdadero oasis, perfecto para disfrutar de una fogata nocturna y aprovechar cada rincón. Los anfitriones fueron sumamente amables y atentos, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Al cruzar el portón principal, parecía que entrábamos en otra dimensión, un pequeño bosque en medio de la ciudad. La ubicación es ideal, con tiendas cerca, un comedor y una farmacia. También hay plazas y parques acuáticos a poca distancia. En auto, se puede llegar fácilmente a las atracciones y a los shoppings, que están a solo 5 min. A media hora de distancia se encuentra la hermosa Playa de Santa Terezinha de Itaipu. El barrio es seguro y tranquilo, con vecinos amables. Disfrutamos caminando por la zona varias veces, definitivamente volveríamos. Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad y el trato excepcional!

Our stay at this fantastic house was absolutely wonderful! The home is impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The high-speed internet and stable WiFi were excellent. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting Michita, a gorgeous and friendly cat who lives nearby in a charming little house. The property exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a lovely outdoor area perfect for grilling, relaxing, and unwinding in the hammock. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with CCTV cameras adding an extra sense of security. It’s conveniently located—not too far from the lively tourist areas but far enough to enjoy tranquility. Nearby, there are several convenience stores and supermarkets, making daily essentials easily accessible. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, further enhancing the overall experience. Luciana and her father, Mario, are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home.

excelente, muy bonita cabaña con aire acondicionado en sus habitaciones, televisores y una piscina muy bonita y limpia . me gustó mucho

Esta ubicado a 100 metros del hito 3 fronteras y a unas 7 cuadras del centro .Es cómodo, la cabaña nuestra no tenia cocina, pero si microondas. Llegamos a la dire donde están las cabañas y el check in se hace en el hotel Raices( a 100 metros) nosotros no sabíamos que era así

Excelente sitio para hospedarse en Puerto Iguazú, especialmente, si vas en auto. Tiene muchos atractivos cerca y los buses pasan como a 2 cuadras del alojamiento, esas cuadras se recorren en una caminata de 10 minutos. El hospedaje es muy tranquilo y la piscina es super rica. Muchas gracias a Mauricio y a Dyango por sus atenciones.

Nuestra estadía en la cabaña de Carolina fue excelente. El alojamiento cumplió con todo lo prometido: limpio, cómodo y seguro. La atención de Carolina fue de 10, siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades y ayudándonos en cada consulta. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el DNI de nuestra hija al intentar cruzar la frontera y debimos solicitar el DNI express, lo que nos llevó a alquilar para esperar la entrega. Carolina fue increíblemente amable y nos asesoró con información sobre migraciones, lo que nos ayudó mucho en la situación. Nuestro hijo disfrutó muchísimo de la pileta, lo cual hizo nuestra estadía aún mejor. Al principio, la zona no nos convencía del todo, pero la cabaña en sí nos parecía muy segura, nos sentimos cómodos. En general, tuvimos una estadia/experiencia muy positiva y sin dudas recomendaríamos este lugar.
