Cabin vacation rentals in Presidente Franco

The views are breathtaking. And the apartment was surprisingly modern and felt very fancy. The remote controlled curtains revealing views of the river in the morning, while sat up in bed enjoying a coffee.. it felt magical. The jacuzzi was a very relaxing touch. I also enjoyed the pool. Ezequiel was the most responsive and proactive host I've encountered. With close to zero notice, upon learning I'm vegan, he went to a local bakery to buy me breakfast and a packed lunch for my travels. The surrounding area is residential and you won't find anything within walking distance, in the way of restaurants etc (at least as far as I saw!). But you can get a taxi, drive or take the bus into town. And realistically, the beauty of the property is that it feels remote. Fully recommend. A highlight of south america for me.

Perfect Stay – Just Like the Pictures! Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping right into the beautiful photos. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was amazing—communication was quick, efficient, and super helpful. Highly recommend! The cabins are beautiful inside & out, with a terrific view of the river. Super clean, cozy, and Ezequiel gave us terrific recommendations for restaurant’s & activities. Couldn’t ask for more!

Nahuel's toucan cabin was an amazing experience! The host is extremely responsive, with good recommendations. We had several power outages due to a thunderstorm but he reacted quickly so that we had all the comforts again. The environment is beautiful and the pool is very nice after a long day of sightseeing. Despite the other accommodations around, the terrace remains very private. We were delighted with our stay! Thank you again for hosting us:)

Peaceful. Tranquil. Beautiful. Serene. Comfortable. Five words that best describe the Five stars that Ezequiel, his place, and our stay well deserve. Everything was perfectly orchestrated and we were looked after incredibly well the entire time. Even before check-in, Ezequiel's communications, excellent recommendations and proactive assistance impressed, and he was always there to assist with a warm smile. The cabañas are so well appointed, the bedding... OMG, Soooo comfortable (something not easily found in this part of the world), plus a jacuzzi for 2 with a view! Enjoy gorgeous Paraguayan sunsets over the Paraná and relax in comfort and style. I can't say enough good things about Ezequiel or Costa del Sol. Just awesome! If you're visiting this area and considering this spot, do yourself a favor and book it now!

When we arrived, we immediately fell in love with the beautiful piece of terrain. It is full of fruit trees, and beautiful plants and has nice places to sit everywhere. The views were amazing! You can enjoy the coziness on the lake, and all the animals and birds in the area. On weekends there is music from all sides of the lake. Parties and bbq were also celebrated on the property, and that brought a cozy atmosphere. The host was friendly and quick to respond when we wanted to ask, also booking was not a problem. Unfortunately, the stove was not in operation, but they quickly brought a replacement for that, so we could still cook. The bedrooms were nice for sleeping. The whole house was nicely decorated. The surroundings and the grounds as well as the house are well worth staying. I hope I'll be back here someday.

Location even better than in photos. We rented it to some people who went to cover an event for us, and they loved it!

An unforgettable experience! We felt right at home, surrounded by amenities and impeccable surroundings. Cleanliness, order, and comfort made us feel like kings. The patio is a true oasis, perfect to enjoy a night campfire and take advantage of every corner. The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more special. Crossing the main gate, it looked like we were entering another dimension, a little forest in the middle of the city. The location is ideal, with shops nearby, a dining room and a pharmacy. There are also squares and water parks within walking distance. By car, you can easily reach the attractions and shoppings, which are only 5 min away. Half an hour away is Itaipu's beautiful Santa Terezinha Beach. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed walking in the area several times, we would definitely return. Our stay at this fantastic house was absolutely wonderful! The home is impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The high-speed internet and stable WiFi were excellent. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting Michita, a gorgeous and friendly cat who lives nearby in a charming little house. The property exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a lovely outdoor area perfect for grilling, relaxing, and unwinding in the hammock. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with CCTV cameras adding an extra sense of security. It’s conveniently located—not too far from the lively tourist areas but far enough to enjoy tranquility. Nearby, there are several convenience stores and supermarkets, making daily essentials easily accessible. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, further enhancing the overall experience. Luciana and her father, Mario, are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, making us feel right at home.

It is located 100 m from the landmark 3 borders and about 7 blocks from downtown .It's comfortable, our cabin did not have a kitchen, but microwaves. We got to the say where the cabins are and check-in is done at the Raices hotel (100 meters away) we didn't know it was like that

Excellent place to stay in Puerto Iguazú, especially if you drive. It has many attractions nearby and the buses pass about two blocks from the place, those blocks are run on a 10 minute walk. The stay is very quiet and the pool is super rich. Thank you very much to Mauricio and Dyango for your attention.

Our stay at Carolina's cabin was excellent. The place complied with everything promised: clean, comfortable and safe. Carolina's attention was 10, always attentive to our needs and helping us with every query. We had an inconvenience with our daughter's ID when trying to cross the border and had to request the express ID, which led us to rent to wait for the delivery. Carolina was incredibly friendly and advised us with information about migrations, which helped us a lot in the situation. Our son really enjoyed the pool, which made our stay even better. At first, the area did not fully convince us, but the cabin itself seemed very safe, we felt comfortable. Overall, we had a very positive stay/experience and would definitely recommend this place.
