Vacation rentals in President Roxas

I really enjoyed my time here. My review will be coloured by the fact that I was the only guest during my stay due to giving staff time off for Christmas. I had the entire top floor to myself which was extraordinary. First of all, the photos of the listing are perfectly accurate. The rooms are clean and the a/c works well. The third floor patio is a paradise. The roof is insulated and temperate both day and night. I was surprised how quiet it was at night despite being in the middle of the city. I worked nights happily out on the patio with my laptop. The shared kitchen has all the essentials as well as lockboxes with dishes and utensils for each resident which is a nice feature for anyone planning to stay a while. There is laundry on site for a small fee. The location is superb. Both malls are easily within walking distance and all amenities. Celi is a gracious host and treated me very kindly. The site security is top notch. If you want a safe, quiet place to stay this is it!

Per-Erick and Auntie Delma are great hosts because they made sure that we are safe going to their place by fetching us in bus terminal. They provided beyond service for my family that I never expected. Their place is very good for a day tour in Sicogon island and can accomodate group of people. Excellent porch for coffee time!Thank you for a great place!

Stayed here for my kid’s tournament. Miss Marilla is responsive and very kind . Communication is great! However, WiFi cannot reach inside the guest house but it’s okay since our data connection is strong, no worries on our end it didn’t lessen the value of the place. Ganda ng view, peaceful!! We would love to come back again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

If you are looking for a huge place to stay near Roxas airport then Sharin's home is a place to go. It can be a bit tricky to find, but Sharin is very responsive and helpful in giving landmarks. The place is literally a minute away from the airport so it is perfect when you have an early flight. The house is spacious however take note that only one bedroom has an aircondition right now. Electric fans are available by the way. Also the water in the bathroom upstairs need an instruction since water is unavailable during our first try, but we were eventually told to open the faucet to trigger the water pump. Towels were provided and the owners were nice. Highly recommended for its price.

The host was bery responsive, even though I booked it last minute, she still accommodated me until my check in. Will definitely reccommend this place! ✨✨✨

I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness, especially when choosing a place to stay during vacations—and this place in Roxas City truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the space was. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. What made the experience even more special was the generosity of the hosts. I arrived several hours before the standard check-in time, but Ms. Aileen graciously allowed me to check in early so I could rest right away. Sir Mark was also very accommodating and respectful throughout my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is a few kilometers away from the City Plaza. However, getting around is not a problem as tricycles—the city’s main mode of transport—are easily accessible and very affordable. If cleanliness and warm hospitality are top priorities for you, I highly recommend staying here.
