5 min drive to Hawkesbury, our charming Guest Suite, with views of the Ottawa river and a creek, has a queen bed, partially equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, kitchen table and basic dishes & cutlery, private 4 piece bath, air conditioning, Smart TV & Free WiFi, parking and private entrance. Newly renovated basement suite (2024) with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!

This "Sweet" waterfront property is a scenic 1 hr drive from Montreal or Ottawa. A cottage like setting without the travel. Enjoy this country style location with shopping nearby for convenient relaxation. Listen to the waves by the waters edge, sit by a crackling bonfire or dine outside on the BBQ.
