Starfish apartment - by the national park

The apartment is located in the extremely popular holiday residence Kormoran in a quiet location. The complex is spacious and offers plenty of green space for children and animals. The houses are nestled in romantic nature: the Darsswald, meadows, badgers, foxes and deer are your neighbors. The north beach can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes, the natural west beach in about 20 minutes. 2 bicycles, towels and linens included. The apartment was completely renovated in December 2019.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The Bodden with swimming area, playground and barbecue area is only a few minutes walk away, and this place is also the ideal place to find peace and relaxation in the high season.

Hello, you love guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.
