The suite is located on the third floor of the apartment hotel and offers plenty of space for up to 5 people on 62 m². The living area has a comfortable sofa as a double sofa bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m). The western balcony offers sea views including sunsets. The suites are located on the promenade in Börgerende and directly on the sea. The bedroom offers a modern box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m). The open-plan kitchen with integrated dining area is fully modernly equipped. Spa area included.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

A little off the center of the village, almost at the Darsswald, lies the enchanting property with the vacation home. The vacation home in Prerow does not immediately reveal what is inside with its maritime-romantic exterior view. The black wooden facade looks elegant and is advantageously complemented by the typical Baltic Sea roof shape.
