The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, 20 minutes away on foot from the old town and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket. It consists of a double bedroom (with walk-in wardrobe), a living room/kitchen with sofa bed and a large bathroom, complete with a bathroom with a second washbasin and washing machine.
