Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee. ***Events/photo shoots are allowed with written permission only and will be an added fee. No events larger than 25 total.***

Oak View Country Retreat is located on 20 acres of mature oak trees and pasture. Surrounded by farm fields, you’ll find a spacious 1200 sq ft living area with full kitchen, dining and living room areas, accessible bathroom and two queen beds. Open concept provides great accessibility for wheelchair or scooter. Linens and towels provided. Centrally located and a short trip to many events including Pella’s Tulip Time, Knoxville’s sprint car races, Newton’ s NASCAR races and the Iowa State Fair.

Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.
