Conceição apartment is perfect for your stay in São José da Coroa Grande! Strategic location, everything you need is close! It has a covered parking space, 24-hour concierge, a super safe and comfortable place! I would say it's even better than the pictures, the view is amazing! Air conditioners work very well, I recommend this place!

My experience at Morada Sapoti and Juá was simply exceptional! I highly recommend it ! Everything in that house is beautiful , from the attention of leide that received us and explained everything very lovingly , to gerald that every night was approaching the maintenance of the pool and in what little we understood was always very warm and friendly. It is very close to the beaches for walking. And by car 30 min from maragogi, we were so delighted that sometimes we didn't feel like going to do beaches ! Also there is no need to clarify that the house is a luxury ! From cleanliness to infrastructure and good taste for decoration.

The house is beautifully decorated, with a wonderful beach vibe. All rooms are suites, which provided a lot of privacy and comfort for our group. The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach. The house is well equipped with utensils and good appliances. As we were in six people, we missed a larger pot for group meals, but we have already passed this feedback and believe it will be provided. Bed linens are of excellent quality. I recommend and would be back for sure!​

I highlight the comfort of the beds, the 3 excellent air conditioning equipment, as well as the beautiful and modern kitchens and refrigerators. Super available security personnel. They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. What a beautiful apartment! Very functional and even had a washing machine. Detail for bedding! Extreme quality. Equipped with 5 star hotels. Bed also very comfy! Maressa always kind in the questions we asked!Very quiet condominium. Especially for those who have children.

Our stay at Patrícia's (Hostess) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children in addition to being right on the sand. It also offers chairs, a sunshade and a small table. Making everything more comfortable and pleasant. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. He left tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.

The place is very close to the beach and from what we notice the best location of the region. We are happy to have chosen this accommodation!!!
