Family-friendly vacation rentals in Praia Xareu

Mr. Fernando is always available, proactive, received us personally, we have not had any setbacks with the residence. Only lack of alignments with staff of the house, but quickly resolved by Mr. Fernando. I have been with family, elderly people and children, the residence serves everyone, with the ease of being standing in the sand, has a suite downstairs that caters to those who have difficulty climbing and descending stairs. I recommend the residence!

We had an excellent long weekend. Our family has been very well accommodated and can enjoy the wonderful sea. Organized, clean condominium, facing the sea with chairs and parasol. Very good restaurant, leisure area and structure. Mr Danilo gave us tips on places and delivery. No doubt a place we want to go back to.

Excellent! very organized, clean, with the full linen, the kitchen and gourmet area clean and well equipped, super comfortable rooms, clean and organized clothes, in short, every house very well structured to welcome guests, clean and organized pool area, close to the beach, I recommend for sure. The location is undoubtedly the best of all. Close to the center, several restaurants and shops. Super service, super attentive.

The days at Ivan's house were excellent!!!! My family and I were surprised by the architecture of the house, all in very good taste, spacious and comfortable rooms! The kitchen space and the utensils met our needs perfectly!!! The dining table is beautiful! The swimming pool near the barbecue, several tables, chairs and hammocks were essential to ensure leisure comfort. The air-conditioned rooms work perfectly well. Only pointing out that the sea in the front is a little bravio, it is not so good for bathing (especially children), but great for hiking contemplating the island of Santo Alexo on the horizon. We even took a day out of our holiday to get to know the island and we had an amazing experience, I recommend the tour! I only have compliments to make, the days we spent there were incredible and Ivan gave all the support.

Quiet place, well furnished house, utensils , very good. There were pq mosquitoes is close to the mangrove but nothing that a racket does not solve . All works well ! Close to everything. The town we needed we asked via zap and arrive fast , grocery store, pharmacy .

Near markets, restaurants and the beach. Hostã Aurea is very attentive, as well as being super helpful with several recommendations for places to eat and tours to do. The house is in the very safe and quiet spot. A good place for those who want to rest. It is also close to the center, where we find everything we need. Nor did I miss the beach of Carneiro, which is also close. The host is very helpful. We would definitely return.

A paradise, I stayed with my family in the house and we felt in a well-kept space, planned with affection, which met and exceeded our expectations. Super recommended, a top-quality host, always ready to assist. We rate our stay as excellent, the best Mother's Day we could have, in a place where we feel more than welcomed. The house simply leaves nothing to be desired, it is a complete space😍.

Great location right on the beach. Beth and Jailson were very helpful, good food, clean house and pool, always attentive and willing to help. The rooms are relatively small but little time is spent there, the open area is beautiful and very well maintained. The beach varies greatly with the tide and wind, and can be calm or rougher depending on the time of day. The natural pools are relatively close, but a little far to walk on the beach with small children. The infrastructure of the city itself is not good, there are few public accesses and parking lots for other beaches, but then the advantage of this house by the sea, we ended up going out a little. We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back!

Our stay perfectly met our expectations, the house is extremely large and spacious, has rustic furniture and is very welcoming, the gourmet space in the back of the house is giant, has a spacious table, pool, barbecue. The location of the house is excellent near the most famous beaches, close to shops. Communication with Dona Marta met us super well was flexible, tried to help when our plug adapter went wrong, passed great tips and responded on time. Super recommend the accommodation.

The apartment has absolutely all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Equipped kitchen, clean linens, service takes out the trash once a week. The location is perfect for those who want days of rest. The condominium also has great infrastructure. Venus is a kind and caring host, she made sure to point us to places for tours and local entertainment options. I intend to return soon.

You all set according to the listing!! I loved staying at the FLAT and I'm sure I'll be there again, to be perfect just missing an air in the room like it's beachfront sometimes it was hot you know ?! More out this all quiet and perfect

The cottage is well located and equipped with everything works well. The employee's availability made a difference for our convenience . The place is beautiful and the condominium is well structured with security and convenience store. The only problem of the stay was the delay in the loft that only arrived the night, which greatly delayed our use of the rental in the first night . E No check-out allowed. Communication with the company, with impersonal and automated responses, was not very good.

The Chale is simple but extra clean and with everything we need exactly as in the photos, but the condominium is amazing, very beautiful, tree-lined, organized, safe and facing a beautiful beach. The view from the swimming pool is fantastic. The front desk staff are all very polite and attentive, helped us with everything we need, a highlight for Andreia who welcomed us and gave us all the support we need. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

The house is great and very close to the beach, well worth it. The only two problems I had were: the pool was dirty when I arrived, it was only cleaned the other day in the morning, as it was a trip of only two days, and the other was that, in conversation with João, I was informed that his cousin would welcome me and arrange check-in and check-out. I went in and out and did not find his cousin, spoke to me by message once sending the location and how to enter and then telling the time to leave with 2 hours to check out, it turned out that I found and talked more with the person responsible who cleaned the pool to understand the rules of the place, other than that, it was great.

I had the best carnival in life!!! The house is exactly like in the pictures. The house has three air-conditioned bedrooms, bedding, towels and swimming pool, pillows and duvet. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. The gourmet area of the house is amazing!! We ate all the meals in the outdoor area and enjoyed the pool a lot. The garden is very large, perfect for football in the day and for a luau. The house is glued with one of the best beaches in the region. The beach has bars and restaurants that operate during the day and on the same street there is a restaurant that works at night. Thiago is a wonderful host, extremely attentive, quick and very flexible. You have the option to hire a host trusted person to take care of the home and meals, I recommend, as you can rest and enjoy more time in the house. She was our salvation. Everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back!!!!
