The kids really enjoyed staying on a house boat. We get motion sickness easily and even on a rough day there wasn't any movement on the boat. Be aware there's a loud night life in the area so if noise late at night isn't for you, I wouldn't recommend it. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Antoine est un hôte très disponible ce qui nous a grandement facilité notre arrivée à SEIXAL. Le logement est exceptionnellement propre et très bien placé pour visiter Lisbonne depuis l’embarcadère fluvial (10 minutes à pieds). La résidence est très calme pour se reposer des visites. La propreté de l'appartement est moderne avec une vue imprenable (Très grande terrasse comme sur les photos) sur le Tage, sur le pont du 5 avril et la statut du sanctuaire du Christ Roi. La place de parking est un vrai plus. L'appartement nous a complètement enchanté avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et extrêmement gentils afin que notre séjour se déroule pour le mieux. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour visiter Lisbonne et ses alentours. Sans hésiter, nous reviendrons pour d'autres vacances. Encore un immense merci à Antoine. P&O

Fantastic River View House

We loved the place! Clean and homely with great views to the river. The location is perfect walking distance from many places you probably will want to visit. Teresa was supper responsive and her recommendations were great. We especially loved having an evening drink in a small kiosk in a small park about six minutes walk from the apartment. A decent supermarket is seven min walk away and the kitchen has everything you may need to cook small meals. There are many places you can get a good morning coffee in a 10 minute walking radius of the apartment. The only thing important to note is that the stairs in the building are steep and could be a bit much for some people (this is true to all the buildings we previously staid in Lisbon), but the benefits are the view to the river and once you open the windows you get a great breeze. All in all, perfect place for a couple and we will certainly check availability next we travel to Lisbon.

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig abseits des Trubel. Die Strandpromenade ist dennoch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze sind in der Straße zumindest in der Nebensaison immer gut zu bekommen. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Der Blick von der riesigen Terrasse mit Meerblick ist traumhaft, schöne Sonnenuntergänge inklusive... Die Kommunikation mit Carla ist hervorragend, sie war immer erreichbar und hat schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder kommen...

Attention, il y a 2 rues qui portent le même nom dans la ville, et la première ou nous a envoyé le GPS nous a laissés perplexes ( euphémisme 🤔.) heureusement nous avons trouvé le bon endroit, parfait pour visiter Lisbonne, à 20 minutes à pied du ferry qui vous dépose au pied de la place du commerce, Bairro Alto à Gauche et Alfama à droite. Ballade le soir à Seixal sur le front de mer...

OMG we had the most fabulous stay in Lisbon, our hosts Ines & Antonio were the best hosts the apartment had everything you needed and it is so gorgeous with so much history and in the best area to get everywhere, We received such accurate and thoughtful communication from our hosts they explain everything to you before checkin, The apartment is on the 4th floor but we didn’t mind at all as it’s worth staying there because it’s such a great apartment, You know you are staying at a fabulous Airbnb when the host communicates so well with information about getting from the train stayion or airport etc and as a extra bonus leaves milk , butter , fruit and beautiful fresh rolls in the apartment upon your arrival ! Honestly this apartment and hosts are the best we have experienced on air bnb thank you so much Ines & Antonio, We highly recommend the apartment you will not regret it at all it’s your own little home in Lisbon , so close to fabulous restaurants and public transport.

Propriedade exatamente como nas fotos: limpo, aconchegante, com todos os utensílios necessários para passar dias agradáveis. Muito próximo do metrô e de pontos de ônibus, perto de supermercado e lojinhas, a localização realmente foi um fator muito positivo. A internet também funcionou perfeitamente. Os anfitriões foram sempre muito solícitos e rápidos nas respostas. Apesar da chuva, foram dias muito agradáveis em Lisboa. Recomendo.

L’emplacement est idéal, on a pu faire beaucoup de choses à pieds ou en Uber La petite terrasse avec vue sur le Taje est agréable et la vue du salon sur le Monastère est très jolie Rita est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et elle est de très bons conseils Sa pâtisserie située juste en dessous est juste incroyable ! We stayed for 2 months the apartment was perfect in its location and facilities, including regular cleaning and safe parking for our car. However at this time of year it can be cold and there were only some small electric heaters in the apartment. But Luis is a very good host, he met us with food and wine on the first night and continued to check on us throughout our stay. He went out of his way to find me a swimming pool nearby, to give us some extras we needed, and his recommendations for places to eat were fantastic, we tried them all and he brought us out the last night! Thank you Luis!

Beautiful spacious place. As the other reviews mentioned it could be a little loud for light sleepers at the end of the night but the location made it worth it. There was a concierge for the apartments that helped us book a Fado dinner as well as a tuk tuk tour and that was super helpful. He took care of everything, we just had to show up on time! I'd stay here again next time I visit Portugal.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders die Umgebung (schöne Altstadt), die Aussicht in der Wohnung und die zentrale Lage. In der Nähe sind viele gute Restaurants und Cafés. Ein Vorteil der Wohnung ist auch, dass man mit dem Taxi direkt bis vor die Tür gebracht werden kann, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Gassen in der Umgebung. Die Ausstattung ist gut und hat funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Das ist anstrengend, aber das wussten wir vorher. Wirklich einziger Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit zur Nachbarwohnung. Aber auch nur, wenn die Nachbarn sich darüber nicht bewusst sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Joanna war klasse. Vielen Dank

Sehr schönes großes Anwesen mit ausreichend Platz für eine sehr große Gruppe. Toller Blick in die Ferne. Leider hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, sodass wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Es gab ein paar kleinere Defekte aber Antonio hat sich direkt gekümmert. Die Unterkunft ist zu Beginn etwas schwierig zu finden, aber dann super gelegen. Aber man sollte ein Auto dabei haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön! Die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge, schönen Spaziergänge in der Gegend und die Ausflüge nach Sesimbra waren so toll. Ich kann nur schwärmen, wie unglaublich diese Gegend ist. Die Unterkunft bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick in ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Nach Lissabon sind es mit dem Auto ca 40min auf einer angenehmen Strecke. Viele atemberaubende Strände sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Elisette war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat auf alle Anliegen super schnell reagiert und immer geholfen, egal wie klein das Problem auch war. Ihre Empfehlungen sind auch super. Ich kann jedem nur einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft ans Herz legen, es ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! ☀️🐚

Wir haben einen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Internet war stabil und schnell – für uns besonders wichtig, da wir remote arbeiten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und modern, außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber mit allem, was man braucht, direkt in der Nähe: Lidl und Pingo Doce sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das große Einkaufszentrum Vasco da Gama ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend – von der nahegelegenen Station "Oriente" kommt man bequem überall hin, zum Beispiel nach Sintra. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in die Stadt liegt sogar noch näher. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!
