Vacation rentals with lake access in Praia Tróia Mar

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

Really a great place to relax overlooking the Albufeira lagoon.. Close to the beach and a trip to the nearby lagoon with a bird paradise is also within easy reach. The house is beautiful and also very nice and individually equipped. Enjoying the sun on a deck chair from the terrace is wonderful. The Setubal peninsula has beautiful nature to offer and the small fishing town of Setubal is also worth a visit.

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

Very good stay in the heart of the old district of Alfama. Great place to stroll the pretty alleys.! Very good addresses of nice little restaurants close by! Ah, that was good!

Very Nice place to stay and an amazing host

The stay was very enjoyable. The house is fantastic, with all the amenities needed and very comfortable for larger stays. It is located in a rather quiet area, very close to the beach and to good restaurants. O Paulo was always very helpful and attentive. I definitely recommend it.

Mariana’s home in Comporta was perfect in every way. Right in town, walkable to all the shops restaurants and bikes to the beach. She and her property manager were incredibly accommodating, hospitable and responsive. The home was beautiful, spacious, well maintained and had every amenity. I would love to stay here again and again and again. It truly made our trip to Comporta special and memorable. Thank you Mariana and Patricia!

We lived in this house for 1.5 months, it fits well for a family with kids. All the issues were immediately resolved by the host. It was the calmest place in the world, that we've been to. The house is pretty sturdy — we survived undamaged through the storm inside, while the area was pretty affected. The lagoon is really nice and clean, almost stranded during winter except for water sports fans. Houses in the area are well cared of, not too many cars around, so tranquil to get around with kids, that enjoy freedom of movement. We are a car-free family and it is manageable in the area. The farmers market works during low season just on the weekends, but you can get to Alfarim on foot through the nice wood area. We also got to Sesimbra and Fernao Ferro by bus.

Pros: + great check-in experience, hospitality + all facilities present and are in fairly good condition + feels that apartment is being held with love + very comfortable flat and disposition for 2+2 + good public transport reach-ability (Cacilhas hub right nearby) Cons (mostly minors): - poor surroundings - moldy washing machine - you will hear everything, bad sound isolation in the house Overall, we're happy with our choice to stay in the Nest, it feels like one of the top places to stay in/near Lisbon.

Super pleasant space, well located with various services, restaurants and markets in the surroundings. Clean and organized apartment. Great stay!!

João is a very good host! He helped us with the luggage on the first day, guided us through the apartment, was responsive at all times and very friendly. The apartment is very tasteful and renovated with a lot of love for detail. João has built in a lot of special features and used many unusual furnishings (such as an old shoe cleaning stool, a similar dresser, an antique typewriter), which harmonize very well with modern furniture. The kitchen, bathrooms and windows are modern and very well renovated. Note the fourth floor without an elevator. The apartment is located in the middle of life (because of the good windows but quiet): shopping, good restaurants also with fado and bars (23 beers freshly tapped) are very close. Some attractions as well, (e.g. Fadomuseum, beer museum) for others, public transport is easily accessible on foot. We will be very happy to come back!

Lovely, clean and spacious. My family stayed there for my wedding weekend and we loved it! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay—5 gal pals away to celebrate a milestone birthday year. They were kind enough to let us check in early and drop off our luggage, as we had flights that arrived a few hours before regular check in. The apartment is big and airy. Very walkable location with lots to do nearby. Very happy with our stay, thanks for everything!

Perfect apartment for a get-to-know trip in Lisbon. A lot of amenities to use. Great location to explore the city, ocean and surroundings like Sintra as the apartment is located right in the middle between all activities. Great hosts as well :)

Nice apartment in a great location. Orcun was really great and helped us in a last minute pinch since our previous host canceled due to a flooding incident. We had a wonderful stay and would stay in Orcun's apartment again.

David’s place was great! Right by the beach, kitchen was decently equipped, and the WiFi was fast (800+ Mbps). Perfect little spot for the price. Would stay here again!

Lovely, quiet area, not too far from Comporta. Big house with lots of room.

The house was very well located, close to the beach with a parking lot closeby We have enjoyed our time and particularly the barbecue. If you are doing kitesurf it’s a very nice spot, just in front of one of the spots so you can go walking.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The space exceeded my expectations — very clean, well decorated and with all the details thought out in detail to provide comfort and well-being. Supermarkets 5min from the house, which is amazing. Communication was always easy and quick, and I felt very well received. It was a really pleasant experience and no doubt it would repeat again. I recommend to 100%!

Francisca for me really is a superhost. From the beginning until we left she was always there for us with helpful information concerning the house oder things you can do around in this Area. A big big thank you for letting us live in your home. We enjoyed really a lot . The house which is a littler bit older but has lots of charme has two bigger sleeping rooms and one smaller children room, so it is perfect for a family with two to four or even five children( there is even a baby bed ) . The house has a nice atmosphere and the garden ist perfect to play badminton or other games . The Area is perfect if you like to play golf, because the courses are in walking distance . For all the other things you need a car . A small super market is two minutes away with the car . The beaches of Fonta de Telha oder Costa da Caparica you reach in 10 Minutes with the car, to Lisbon you need about twenty minutes, if there’s a normal traffic, so for us this was strategically the best place to start our activities . We absolutely loved our stay! The house is the best appointed air BnB we have stayed in. Fresh picked vegetables, bread, milk, coffee, butter and a bottle of wine. Plentiful towels and a full kitchen with all the appliances. The house is located on a property with other houses yet it is private and secluded. The property is lovely to walk around. Mornings and evenings are special with the light and fresh air. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Casa das Hortas was just fantastic, Maria, the host , has put a lot of care to create a very confortable retreat where you can find all you might need. The house is very nice and cozy and has everything you may need for your stay Besides that, Maria welcomed us with a fantastic basket full of local products and form the home orchard that were just delicious. The house is placed in a very nice private property where you can walk around freely and has plenty of things to do. Unfortunately, we were not very lucky with the weather and we had some rainy days, but that gave us the chance to use the fantastic chimney to create a cozy atmosphere. Alcalcer do Sal and nearby Comporta offer good day trips and restaurants We hope to come back again !

We thoroughly enjoyed Nunos place, the location is excellent and the surroundings are picturesque and peaceful. The home is well equipped, comfortable and an enjoyable place to spend time. Nuno was excellent at communicating and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning.
