We had a wonderful time at David's apartment. He gave check-in instructions which made it go smoothly. He answered all our questions quickly. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed swimming and walking along it. The apartment met our needs for cooking some meals and relaxing. The apartment was quiet and the view is amazing. There was lots of space for 2 of us. The air conditioner worked great. We recommend David's apartment.

Perfect stay, with everything very organized. The place is much better than the photos, everything very clean, new utensils, ventilated, in addition to all this, there is still the hostess, Catarina who is super attentive... I will definitely be back. Valeu every cent!

Wonderful location in one of the best bathing sites I went to in Pernambuco. The water is beautiful and the house is almost in front of the sea (side balcony). Typical house with a taste of beach house, beautiful, spacious, full kitchen, beach items (table, chair, sombreiro). Beatriz was extremely solicited and flexible for entry and exit. I'll come back more often.

The accommodation was simply wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well maintained and with a spectacular view. The kitchen is super complete, with all the utensils we need, which made it a lot easier during the stay. The condominium is very clean, organized and conveys a sense of security and comfort. And the host… without words! Extremely helpful and attentive, with very quick responses. I recommend with my eyes closed and we will definitely return!

We loved staying at Mariana's place, in addition to being very clean and equipped, the space is excellent and matches the listing. The common area is very good, in addition to the pools, it has a restaurant and convenience. In addition, it has direct access to Carneiros Beach and the Capelinha side.

Attentive, friendly and always willing to help with anything. She made sure our stay was peaceful and unforgettable. Spacious, clean, well-organized house, super-equipped kitchen, excellent beds, bed linens and bath towels. The balcony is spacious and perfect for a nice barbecue. Everything you need to settle on the sand and enjoy the sea, tables, chairs, umbrella, cooler and even a bucket for the kids. Everything is nearby: Craft fair, restaurants, snack bars, markets, wineries, even a laundromat. Of all the good things, the hosts are the best, congratulations Dona Rosinete and Rafaela 👏👏

We love the stay. The house is on the sand, on a beautiful, quiet and little bustling beach even at the time of New Year's Eve. And nearby, to dining options. Very good for those who, like us, travel with children. The house has 4 comfortable suites, a swimming pool and a barbecue pit.

The house is excellent and well located in front of Japaratinga beach, one of the most beautiful in the region! It was difficult to get into the garage, as locals do not respect the signs preventing access. However, the host instructed us to park behind the residence. Thanks for hosting us and we'll be back soon.

We had an excellent long weekend. Our family has been very well accommodated and can enjoy the wonderful sea. Organized, clean condominium, facing the sea with chairs and parasol. Very good restaurant, leisure area and structure. Mr Danilo gave us tips on places and delivery. No doubt a place we want to go back to.

Apartment well located. Excellent and good taste in decoration by its owner Ricardo. It is a comfortable, new and quiet apartment. I highlight the comfort of the beds, the 3 excellent air conditioning equipment, as well as the beautiful and modern kitchens and refrigerators. Super available security personnel. They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. We were very well received, from the fruit basket, to the aroma of the apartment, everything was thought out in every detail, high-quality utensils, with varieties, as if it were our own home, the hosts were very receptive, gave us local tips, the apartment is in a privileged area, 5 minutes from the Carneiros church, it has a reserved and calm beach, it has all the structure for those who are looking for peace and nature. The stay was very good, every detail is thought of for the guest's well-being, I have never stayed in an accommodation like this, we were very happy and satisfied!

Our stay at Patrícia's (Hostess) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children in addition to being right on the sand. It also offers chairs, a sunshade and a small table. Making everything more comfortable and pleasant. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. He left tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.

The stay was incredible! The infrastructure of the house is excellent, all very well cared for and comfortable. The location could not be better: a few steps from the beach, perfect for those looking for peace and connection to nature. A real getaway! The hostess was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to assist in whatever you need. We made the raft and buggy tour, both indicated by her, and they were wonderful experiences to get to know the region even more. We're definitely going back and we highly recommend it!
