Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia Peroba

I really enjoyed staying at the place! My family and I had a great weekend. Check-in was smooth and the arrangement of the condominium is excellent, as is the communication with Stephany. The atmosphere is pleasant, well equipped, with cookware and even accessories to take to the beach. The condominium pool is great too. The location is excellent: close to the beach and with easy access to the center of Porto also on foot. The room was clean and well-maintained. I just felt a lack of air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, which would make the stay even more comfortable.

Our stay was great. Flat is very cozy, organized and complete, left nothing to be desired in the matter of cleaning and utensils, it even has electric barbecue and cooler available to use. The pool is a differential, very clean and huge, it is allowed to take food and drink to consume and for those who prefer there is also a restaurant with the very tasty food. Sr Francisco, the host, always very requested and kind to us, from booking to check-out, we had an issue with the booking date and he resolved quickly and responds quickly whenever requested, as well as being very clear and objective with all the guidelines and tips. Super we recommend Flat and will be back soon!

Our experience at Adolfo's house was simply sensational! The property corresponds exactly to the description and photos. The beach is wonderful, literally on the sand, and the atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for resting and enjoying good times with family or friends. Communication with the host was excellent, always agile and attentive. A special highlight goes to the housekeeper Vânia, who is hired separately and is worth every penny! Always kind, proactive and ready to help, she took care of everything we needed with great affection, including our purchases, which made all the difference during the stay. We also hired the services of chef Márcia and assistant Marli, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. The food they prepared was wonderful, made with a lot of flavor and care. My daughter who was doing 15 years and chose his house not for parties or events, only for an SDF with her best friends who were no more than 10 friends. the only thing I really didn't like is that because it's a taco floor, the noise annoys a lot for those in the room below. The Master suite for those who have a light sleep, annoys a lot with the constant noise of since it is in the roundabout of access to the tours, but for those who have heavy sleep there are no problems. supermarkets, wineries, centrinho less than 100 meters from the house. all perfect and brand new kitchen utensils. the Master suite bed that needs to change the well used and thin mattress, but did not hinder our overnight stays. super indico a casa

Communication with Carlos was a differential: always helpful and responded hyper-fastly and always showed to be very serious and ready to meet all the demands. The check-in was only completed at 3 p.m., because when we arrived (2:30 pm) the cleaning was being completed, but that's fine. There were some maintenance exchanges that were resolved within 24 hours due to local labor. According to the host, more detailed maintenance is already scheduled and the next guests will be able to rate it better. In conclusion, it was worth it. Thank you.

The house is very beautiful and well equipped, it has a great structure, a person who gives attention during the stay. She is attentive to details. She left us a delicious cake! In the condominium, other guests from other houses had problems but not us because everything worked and she left us several contacts in addition to responding quickly. Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

perfect accommodation. communal space with other condominium accommodations in need of repair (shower in the backyard has to be changed, it is broken). another annoying situation is that it charges R$1.00 for each kwz used (higher value than the local power utility). I only observed this charge after I made the reservation, but if I accepted I have to pay and paid. I suggest seeing other lodging without this charge that I find abusive.

Extremely good place, very good location, very close to fantastic places such as the path of Moses, Ecopark, near a river, many tours in the location of the house (jetski, speedboat, helicopter) very clean beach! swimming pool with barbecue area, infrastructure in the house and in the condominium is impeccable. We love the apartment, it has everything we need, very clean and well equipped. Facing the pool, which my kids loved! All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. The condominium is excellent, attentive staff and everything is very organized. Dayanne was always attentive and gave us all the support. We had an amazing stay at Adriana’s place! She’s super friendly and the place was perfect for us. The view of the beach was incredible - we could just look out the window and decide when to head to the natural pools. We’ll definitely be back!

The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.
