Our experience at Adolfo's house was simply sensational! The property corresponds exactly to the description and photos. The beach is wonderful, literally on the sand, and the atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for resting and enjoying good times with family or friends. Communication with the host was excellent, always agile and attentive. A special highlight goes to the housekeeper Vânia, who is hired separately and is worth every penny! Always kind, proactive and ready to help, she took care of everything we needed with great affection, including our purchases, which made all the difference during the stay. We also hired the services of chef Márcia and assistant Marli, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. The food they prepared was wonderful, made with a lot of flavor and care. Excellent location in São José da Coroa Grande (very close to the boat house and in front of the Calamares restaurant). The condominium is very quiet, organized and safe. Gislane is an excellent host, left everything impeccable for our stay, as well as demonstrating an unparalleled concern for our well-being and gave us excellent tips on places to make the most of the trip. Every Airbnb host should be like Gislane.

In the condominium, other guests from other houses had problems but not us because everything worked and she left us several contacts in addition to responding quickly. Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. The house is quite cozy and is within a very well located condominium, between the beach of São José and Peroba, which are beautiful and excellent for bathing. I went on the November 15 holiday and the condominium was not full, which gave us a lot of privacy and tranquility, the employees are helpful. The house has a garage for 2 cars but has more vacancies inside the condominium for visitors. I thought the experience was worth the price.

The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.
