Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

João welcomed me super well and was very helpful. As I was moving, I had to do the early check in and he gave me all the support in this. The apartment is very faithful to the photos and comfortable. I felt at home during the time I was in. The only negative point of the entire stay was the next neighbor, whose apartment exudes an extremely strong stench of dog and cigarette, but it is not a characteristic that concerns the AP or the host.

The only observation is regarding cars that, depending on the size (SUV), only one fits in the garage, but you can leave the other on the street in front of the garage, no problem (do not leave on the sidewalk, subject to a fine).
