Beautiful house! Four en-suites in Praça dos Ossos.

Dream house in the best location in Búzios! It has a beautiful social area with a swimming pool, steam sauna, terrace with a beautiful view and a pleasant covered space with a barbecue and restroom. Inside the house are two living rooms, a room with a 70-inch TV, a full kitchen with a dining room, a half bath and four comfortable en-suites. The master suite of the house has a fantastic view! Close to four beaches and next to Orla Bardot, which takes you on a short walk to Rua das Pedras. Extremely charming and sophisticated house!

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

Comfort and a wonderful view of Buzios

The house is located in the beach of João Fernandes (150m), the beach has calm waters proper for kids and families. It's near the Rua das Pedras (Downtown Búzios). On the beach there are various bars and restaurants that serve all kind of seafood. The view is wonderful, you can even see the sea from the bed on the top stairs bedroom. The house was completely reformed in 2015, so everything is new. The kitchen is integrated with the barbecue grill, forming a gourmet space that's very pleasurable.

Very well located, 150mts from the beach and 1300mts from Rua das Pedras. Near the condominium there is pharmacy, restaurants a small super market and a great cafeteria (Sukão) with easy access to 60 mts. Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
