We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. A noite, o programa é uma bela caminhada à beira-mar seguindo pela Orla Bardot até a Rua das Pedras (cerca de 25 minutos). Existem, ainda, ótimos restaurantes e bares perto do condomínio, além de mercado, padaria, farmácia e transporte público. Deixe seu carro na garagem e divirta-se a pé. Sejam bem-vindos.
