I went with my family and everyone loved staying in Karen's penthouse apartment. Very spacious, airy, great accommodation. And the view from the penthouse and the rooms is stunning. I am not tired of looking at the side of the Guitar Lagoon and at the hills on the other side of the city. It is close to the beach and the Vesta mall and other shops and restaurants. Karen and Fernando are excellent hosts that are always attentive, friendly and available. Thank you very much Karen and Fernando!

The apartment matches the photos, ideal for a couple or a couple with 1 child, good location, close to the beach, close to everything, we did everything on foot, very comfortable apartment, has everything (except an electric oven), but it has a barbecue and microwave, the host Ivone is always willing to help or answer questions. We really enjoyed staying at Solange's apartment and we plan to return! Jana, who welcomed us, is a lovely person and gave us all the instructions we needed! The apartment matched the description exactly and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items,” as the listing was clear in that regard that there were none, but as a suggestion, there could be a dish towel and a floor cleaning cloth (those I forgot🤭😂). We missed having an electric kettle, but the milk jug worked. We didn't find the air conditioning control in the double room, but it wasn't necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower in the guest bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the en-suite was wonderful and with the stairs, the other was not needed at all. Great nights of sleep, great bed and pillows, dark room (I love it) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great (swimming pool is not heated).

Our stay was wonderful! We travelled me, my husband and two children and the condominium had everything we needed to spend time with activities for the children. it has a wonderful little pig, thermal pool for the rainy days, artificial beach, plus a great restaurant. we don't need to leave the condominium for nothing! The house was impeccable, clean, organized, with all the utensils we needed! Another high point was the service and communication with Everton. A very dear, helpful, attentive host. We responded very quickly and was extremely helpful in everything we need. I highly recommend! Indico and we will be back for sure!

The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it. Our experience was excellent. Easy and direct contact with Liliane. Checking and simple checkout with Gloria, which clarified our doubts and helped us with the cleaning in our stay. The condominium is great for walking, using the pool and the beauty salon, among other facilities. Very tasty house space with garden and spa pool. We met our needs with children, adults and the elderly.
