In the backyard, there is a kiosk equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, card table and foosball. And in the backyard, a volleyball net.

The chalet is fully furnished, with a complete kitchen (all utensils), 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed, with bed linens, pillows, blankets. The bathroom has an electric shower (towels, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer). We offer free Wi-Fi. The total area is approximately 25 m2. We do not accept reservations longer than 10 nights, nor monthly.

Residential located near Praia da Cal and Guarita, where you can easily arrive in 3 minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot. This is also the time to get to the city center. The house is located in the back of the Residential complex, which has 2 more houses in the front. The space is not shared with other guests. The house has all the utensils for your stay. Air-conditioning in the en-suite, other bedrooms have fans.
