Our experience was excellent! The house we booked was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, organized and with all the details perfectly presented. Everything was in great condition and the decor made the atmosphere even more welcoming. I was very happy with the transparency of the listing and the host's care in ensuring a perfect stay. The beach is not so far away, about 10 minutes walk, we went with children and it was super quiet. I recommend it and we'll definitely be back.

Simply sensational. The apartment is exactly as described, all furniture, appliances and electronics are new, the parking space is very close to the elevator, the condominium is well located, close to the beach, markets and with easy access to the BR that goes to Ubatuba... But what really caught our attention and deserves a thousand points was the host Gláucia... She was waiting for us at the entrance, helped us with our bags, went up to the apartment with us and explained everything about the accommodation in detail with great kindness. Amazing experience, excellent place that we will certainly return to.

The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. We were driving, which made it easy to get to know more distant beaches — it was a perfect trip. We would definitely return!

The cottage is lovely! It lives up to the photos. There are people who live in the chalets next door, but they didn't bother us, they gave us directions, tips and helped us. Evaldo is helpful, he helped us a lot. The space is clean, has all the necessary utensils, clean and good bed and bath linens. The double bed is made of foam. It is an accommodation that requires a vehicle to go to the beaches (if that is the intention) as it is a little far from the center, but it was not a problem for us, we like to be more relaxed. I'll be back to the space and I've already recommended it.

Quiet place, surrounded by nature, simple but very cozy and clean accommodation, close to shops, beaches, easy access, transportation to several beaches, accessible hosts, always available when needed, in addition, they gave us tips on tourist spots, I really enjoyed our stay! It was very worthwhile! Super recommended!

The house is better than in the photos, organized, spacious, well equipped with everything you need, it accommodated 8 people easily and there was still space left over. Having 2 bathrooms helps a lot in everyday life, apart from the outdoor shower. It had a uni, beach tennis racket, pool table, barbecue, we loved our stay. Jhonathan helped us with everything, very helpful and friendly. It's really worth it. We'll be back more often. Recommended!
