Sie ist ein sehr helles und grosszügiges Haus und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Strand, Altstadt und alle Restaurants sind innert weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Der öffentliche Lift zum Strand ist nur wenige Schritte von der Haustüre entfernt. Die letzten 50 Meter bis zum Haus herrscht ein Fahrverbot, parken in den umliegenden Gassen ist erlaubt.
