Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia dos Pescadores

Great place right on the sand of a beautiful beach, with a short ferry ride into old town Faro. Ideal location.

The apartment is beautifully decorated (as in the photos) and efficiently designed to have more storage than appears. It was very clean. It is small but very well designed for 2 couples. We mistakenly thought it was 3 full baths but it’s 2.5 baths as the guest bathroom has no shower. Isabela is quick and easy to communicate with and flexible in accommodating our needs like getting us an extra set of sheets and blanket for the couch. The view is absolutely amazing! Albufeira is more of a party town but the apartment is located in a quieter area away from the crowds and noise. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Albufeira is touristy but worth a visit and we would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. Thanks Isabela for a wonderful stay!

Nuno was a really wonderful host. When I found this house I had concerns about the stairs as one of our group had challenges climbing stairs. I asked Nuno about this and even if he knew of any other airbnbs in the area without stairs. He was so kind to help me out. Eventually I booked his/this house as it met all our other criteria. Nuno was great with communication and extremely friendly with advice, recommendations and tips about restaurants, bus schedules, and the area. The house was well kept and the terrace is fantastic! Location in Old Town is also fabulous!! Thanks Nuno, appreciate everything you did to make our stay great!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Balcony. Helena is very quick to respond to any emails, and enquiries. Be aware it is 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. It's location is very good, being close to the Old Town, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. These are quite noisy in the evenings, but the apartment is very well sound proofed, so there was no problem. All in all the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would not hesitate to go back.

Easy check in and out. Pedro was flexible with our check in time and accommodated us. The views are incredible.

Location was great! Easily walkable to the beach and Old Town. Mario was responsive and instructions were clear. Loved that there was a parking spot. We had a lovely time!

Truly spectacular apartment. Wonderful location equidistant between the Old Town and the Strip, so perfect for guests wanting to visit either, but noise disturbance is minimal. Wonderfully presented, tastefully decorated and modern. Amazing views of the sea and the beach from both balconies. Beach clubs and lots of loungers only a 5 minute walk. A word on Nelson- he is a brilliant host, he managed to accommodate an early check in at short notice and was very quick to respond to any queries we had over the Airbnb app both before and during our stay. We had never stayed in Albufeira prior to this trip but should we return we would come back here without question. The whole experience has been exceptional.

We spent a lovely stay at this villa. Very well maintained, very clean and comfortable - located in a very nice pine tree private condominium with other villas near by. It can accommodate 10/12 people with plenty of space. Kitchen has been renovated this past winter, and most of the kitchen appliances are new. It has AC in all areas which is perfect for summer and winter months. The garden is very nice and the swimming pool with plenty of sun! Hosts are amazing and did everything they could to meet our needs. They also supported us with suggestions and requests prior our stay! We cannot ask for more, and we will come back definitely next year.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Alvor! Francisca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen und mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt sind. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die bereitgestellten Spielsachen, Strandutensilien wie Schirme, Stühle und Buddelsachen – perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit Kind. Die Strände in Alvor sind wunderschön, ideal zum Baden, Spielen und Entspannen. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten – unsere Tochter war begeistert vom Dino Minigolf! Die Ferienanlage selbst bietet alles, was man braucht: Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

La maison pour débrayer, dans la simplicite, ressourçante. Elle est très bien équipée en vaisselle, linge de maison, on a l’împression d’arriver chez des amis qui ont tout laissé à disposition. Le grand plus est cette belle plage à 2 pas . C’est juste passé trop vite

I’d love to write a review but due to an error with my passport, we weren’t able to fulfil our holiday. What I do want to do though I’d thank Helena for her understanding and communication. She was genuine and sincere and I know if we had of made our holiday, it and Helena would have exceeded all our expectations. We look forward to booking again once we sort out passport issues. Thank you Helena for all our communication.

My favourite Airbnb experience to date. It was stunningly decorated, cozy and inviting - we enjoyed spending time in the space in-between beach hangs and afternoon strolls in the area. Maggie was friendly, welcoming, responsive and kind. She was a wonderful host! The home is close to so many beaches, restaurants and things to do. Truly perfect location and experience over all. Not to mention, Maggie gave us incredible recommendations for restaurants and things to do. 20/10 recommend. A dream vacation in Lagos.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! The beaches are only a 15-20 minute walk away or a 10 minute bike ride! Definitely recommend that. The house is great and the garden is beautiful! The plunge pool was perfect for the hot days! I would 100% recommend this place :)

Wir waren mit 3 Familien ( 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder max 5 Jahre alt. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder und für uns war einfach nur ein Traum es war die beste Unterkunft die wir hatten. Toplage ca 10 min mit Auto bis zum Strand und sich alle Einkaufs Möglichkeiten sehr gut erreichbar. Eins ist jetzt schon für uns sicher wir kommen wieder Danke Fernando für die Unterkunft und die tollen tips Ich habe mich auf Anhieb mit Fernando verstanden Bis nächstes Mal und nochmal vielen lieben Dank

We endorse all the positive reviews the balcony in particular is a lovely amenity, great view, benefits from a refreshing breeze and has an electrically retractable awning to provide shade. Yes, the staircase is steep and narrow but has a handrail. So, perhaps not for those who are unsteady on their feet or with large suitcases. There is mention of there being no carbon monoxide alarm but as far as I could see the property is all electric, so we were not concerned. The host is attentive. Our contact, Andre was a pleasure to deal with. A first rate property.

Lovely apartment, very well fitted out, with an amazing view, and perfectly positioned to take full advantage of evening sunset. Excellent host, and very accommodating. I would love to return and would definitely recommend.

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Very well situated apartment - quiet yet right next to all the activities and restaurants of the old town as well as easy access to the highways. The only difficulty is getting out of the parking garage; the exit is very narrow and it takes precise maneuvering. The terrace is particularly enjoyable to sit and eat on. Nice furniture inside and very well equipped kitchen.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans le condo d'Inês, une hôte très attentionnée. Le condo est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux et très confortable. Un grand balcon intime situé devant un paysagement unique. On s'y sent en vacances, dans le calme et la chaleur. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied. Tout près, une compagnie très fiable de location de voitures: Ready 2 drive. Bref, une belle découverte! Merci Inês!

We had a fantastic week in Elisa’s apartment, the view is beautiful! So lovely to see and hear the sea everyday. It’s a short walk into town with lots of great bars and restaurants, we also easily got parked nearby. Elisa was a great host, very responsive and I recommend reading her blog with loads of great recommendations for exploring the algarve. Thank you Elisa!

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.
