The house is wonderful, super spacious, and the best thing is its beautiful location, a few steps from the sea. You can hear the sound of the waves all the time. The garden is huge!Really very comfortable, with everything you need, very clean. Everything was ready upon arrival

The house is very comfortable, spacious and a nice style. Very enjoyable. The location is unbeatable more knowing that the streets of the spa are tricky to transit in a vehicle. Sts in a private area but on a busy street, s a block from the boliches and a few from the center of the spa. Excellent everything!

The house is beautiful and the host is super courteous and helpful. We were very comfortable and well located. I needed to make food for my son and I had no difficulties: besides being very well-equipped, the house is close to a large market. The rooms are very comfy and beautiful too. I highly recommend it.

House identical to the listing, spacious and organized, interesting for those who like a more rustic style. Safe Patio for those who have small children and do not want to leave them only indoors. Secure parking space. We really enjoyed our stay, we recommend it!

The house is beautiful, new, well-equipped, airy and with quiet surroundings. Everything was extremely clean, impeccable linens and all very organized environments. Jovani was very requested and gave us clear instructions on how to get in, etc. The house is climbing on a hill, which despite a short stretch, I believe it needs a certain experience to get up by car. This did not hinder our experience, which was excellent. It quietly accommodated 5 people comfortably. I recommend it!

The location of the house is very good, the house was organized, corresponded with the photos and is very well structured in the kitchen and also an air conditioning, Andressa is very helpful and attentive, note 10/10.

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

Excellent hosting and well equipped apartment. It is a few meters from Gamboa beach. Excellent restaurants very close to the accommodation. Private parking and new accommodations being built next door. Only two “negative” points: - The water tank appeared to be on top of the listing and any apartment that turned on the shower was a repetitive noise. - There was only one fan for two bedrooms. As the weather was nice mild, it was not necessary to use two. I really enjoyed the hosting and getting to know Gamboa beach, I plan to return soon.

Great location, great service from the owner! Spacious and proper environment for welcoming many people! The stay was excellent! Fomo in a group of 13 people and everything went well. The only downside is that the house is a little far from the beach, but it was possible to walk (25 minutes of walking) or electric scooter.

Our stay was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful and super comfortable, with all the care in the details. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a show apart, providing incredible moments of relaxation. The atmosphere was so cozy that you didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back another time! We had a great stay at the house, perfect communication with the hosts and the house is very good! All rooms are good, the superiors with an amazing view of the sea. The house has a wonderful view and is very close to the beach.. practically foot in the sand. I recommend staying at the house!

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will return.
