A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

I spent two nights at Maria's residence and they were the two best nights I've had in the last few months. Sleeping, waking up and starting the day with a view like this absurdly improves a person's mood. Paz defines the place. I went with my girlfriend and we both loved the experience. The reception with Junior was great, he lives in the back, he was very helpful and is an extra security. Everything was in order, electronic equipment working and well complete (coffee maker, Airfryer, juice squeezer, iron, dryer, among others). We use the swimming pool, sauna and barbecue grill. The kitchen is also very complete, with many utensils and everything was very clean and organized. The location of the house is great, on a quiet street, close to markets and very close to the beach. The only constructive criticism is the lack of outlets and the seats of the dining room chairs that sink a little. We love our stay.

We wanted to thank you for your stay! Everything is very good! The hydro, air conditioning, hot water in the faucets and the projector are the highlights of the house. But we have some very important points for improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we got there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how much violence there is, even though it's a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room was closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the outdoor sink. An imminent danger.

Gustavo is an exceptional and very attentive host! Since we were traveling with a baby, he was willing to buy a crib and mattress to accommodate our baby, which totally changed our experience. Your apartment is very complete and comfortable and has a differential when it comes to Rio de Janeiro: all the environments (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) are spacious and comfortable, nothing is tight. The location is perfect, in the heart of Leblon. We'll definitely host you there again.

The place is great and the location is privileged.

Very stylish beachfront loft with beautiful views of Barra Beach. The loft has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Conveniently located near Beach Bars and a quick 5min walk to Avenida Olegário Maciel loaded with restaurants, bars, a gym, and supermarkets. The front desk is very helpful during your stay. If you are looking for a less touristy spot near Rio with less hustle & bustle than Copacabana, this is the spot at a great rate.

Just a few issues with security being rude which the host was quick to clear up I didn’t experience again

This was the perfect place for our week visit to Rio, with its central location that was 2 short blocks from the beach, large size, cleanliness, and super helpful host Stefan. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment has a great view, I really liked the room and the accommodations, clean sheets and bathroom too. Very well located and safe, and also easy to access to get an Uber or if you order delivery. I recommend it and we will definitely come back next time.
