Casa otima. We are in 3 families. We hired an employee indicated by Alana and Oswaldo. Her name is Lili and she helped us mto. That was great. Very spacious house and otima to go with a child.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Carolina and Dona Vânia were always very kind and assisted us promptly at all times. We didn't meet in person, but it was like we did. The house is beautiful, great location (you can see the pool insanity..lol) the nearby beach is also a delight. There is a market in front that you can walk to, a pharmacy. It's in a quiet place. We had very happy days as a family. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

Great house, caring home and great location

The space is in a very welcoming and safe condominium. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and Beach Park. It is at the top of a dune, which makes it very ventilated immovable. The condominium has a very good pool and the housekeeper who takes care of the condominium is very helpful. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean and tidy, with everything needed for a great stay. Mr. Fernando and his wife were excellent hosts, surprised us with various treats, such as juice, cake, panrtone and even a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve. They always responded quickly when we had any questions. They personally welcomed us at the time of check-in and explained to us how the entire house works. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent the turn of the year there and it was wonderful, because from the condominium area we could see the fireworks display of several resorts that are in that area. I highly recommend Mr Fernando's place.

We had a lot of good times in the house. Very well located, the beach is very close and very good. The house corresponds to the ad and Wersângela always very kind and helpful. We like it very much.

My family and I loved the days we spent at Jussara's house. Very good house, with everything we need, and it's on Beach Park Street. We were very well received by Márcia, who is very attentive and kind. Anyone who rents it won't regret it.

It is a nice, well-appointed and decorated house, with a small garden and a well-maintained pool by Jafet (taking care to make sure I didn't miss anything). Alexandre and Françoise are very available in case of problems and quickly find solutions. I had a WiFi issue when I arrived which was fixed in 15 minutes! The beach was really close and easy to get to with a few beach restaurants. I stayed there alone and felt perfectly safe! The only negative I find there is the mosquitoes very present on the ground floor in this season because the space is less well ventilated (even if everything is open). Upstairs, it was much better because it was very well ventilated! The special tropical mosquito repellent was still mandatory. The investment in air conditioning in the bedrooms could be beneficial for sleeping even better!

Very close to the beach park, in front of the house there is a small market with everything you need, a supermarket, a cafeteria and a supermarket nearby. The host was very helpful, I had no difficulty, the house is very complete, it has all the utensils and everything is working My stay was wonderful, I would definitely come back

First, we like the house so much that no one wanted to return (ahahaha). Great house, very well maintained and clean, and the homemade and owner super helpful. We had a problem with two showers upon arrival, quickly resolved by the housekeeper. Of suggestion, moving the chandelier from the room (entrance) would be very cool, they hit their heads there about 10 times (laughs). Great house, we'll definitely be back!

The house has a great structure, with a lovely view, a well-planned outdoor area and a pleasant pool. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to stay. However, to ensure the announced, more careful maintenance must be done, as we notice mold in some environments, infiltration marks in one of the rooms, which affected an asthmatic guest. Also, the air conditioners need maintenance, and one of them did not refrigerate. The acquisition of a washing machine would help in the conservation of bed linen and the towels that sometimes smelled of mold. Despite this, we highlight the dedication of the team, which ensured a pleasant stay. We greatly appreciate the affection and support of Lúcio e Socorro.

Dona Silvia's house is very much what she shows in the images. It is a great house, well cared for, good safety for being all fenced and comfortable. She and the housekeeper Mr. Antonio are extremely attentive and quick to assist. One important thing that is worth noting is that in addition to the qualities of the house, Mrs. Silvia is extremely correct and honest about the indications, information and agreed upon, so what was agreed with her once you can rest assured that it will be complied with. The house is exactly like in the pictures, spacious, clean, cozy, we feel at home. The beach is very close, just around the corner. I had a very good stay with Felipe. The house is cozy, well located and comfortable. Felipe was a great host, always attentive and willing to make sure my experience was the best possible. The communication was excellent, and he gave me great tips about the region. As a suggestion, I would recommend the installation of air conditioned in the rooms or the improvement of the mattresses, but this in no way prevented us from enjoying the house and the wonderful beach in the front. Family accommodation for 08 days, in a total group of 20 people. Good location, cozy space, great structure and we find ourselves positive. Our hosts are always accessible and helpful. We recommend it.
