Junia was super helpful, during check-in, stay and check out. The place has a amazing location very close to the beach, the condominium area is paceful. At the time we stayed was complete silence. I super recommend staying in her place.

The house is exactly as advertised, the second time I've stayed in the same house. Always very tidy, clean! Super safe gated community! Foot in the sand! Great location! Jade always responds quickly and is very attentive.

Amazing experience! Marcos is an excellent host, very attentive and friendly at all times. The house is located in a very quiet area, a 5-minute walk from Playa Grande. We didn't need to use a car. The rooms are very comfortable. Morning coffee with the view from the hammocks…. Unmissable.

Flavia is a sweetheart, super attentive and her son is also cute! Location exactly as described, the view from the bottom and top (bedroom) are wonderful! I went with my pet too and he was comfortable, even with Flávia's son, who fell in love with him. The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccably clean with well-kept furniture and utensils, it has a very beautiful and well-kept lawn, excellent for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and helpful, and André (owner) is very attentive and quick to answer questions, and is always concerned that everything goes in the best way. The only observation is a bar next door that is a little annoying until 2, 3 a.m., otherwise everything is very nice.

Great house for walking and relaxing. We went with two dogs and the experience was great, the location is excellent and Magno is super helpful and polite. I recommend it for those who want to spend a few days in the house “feet in the sand” and listen to the sound of the sea all day.

A true paradise, I will never forget the smell of that place as soon as I opened the door, the music that played and that breathtaking view. We had wonderful days and we made the right choice for our honeymoon, easy access to the beaches we like to go to, great location and easy access to the cottage, totally clean and organized, the hosts informed us of everything that was necessary, the hydro massage was sensational, everything was perfect, we will definitely be back! The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The Refuge space is sensational, you experience a part of the world and nature that you usually only see in movies and soap operas. The kitchen is excellent, the deck, garden, bedrooms, the whole environment. I hope to return soon.

The house has a beautiful view of the island canal, a beautiful spacious and comfortable balcony. The space is perfect for 4 people, with an integrated kitchen and living room, which allows everyone to be together. It must be a new place, or well maintained. Access is easy and with a good location, close to markets and restaurants. I recommend it.

I spent the weekend with my family celebrating my birthday, a cozy house and a list that needs no comment. Clean house, the jacuzzi heats up and even on the coldest days you can enjoy it a lot. The hosts are kind, helpful and always willing to help 24 hours a day. I loved it, my children and husband loved it and my dog loved it even more, very well received. A warning for those who bring dogs, they are not allowed on the beaches of São Sebastião... but in the house, in addition to being well accepted, they really enjoy the yard area.
