Our stay at Jae's apartment was simply wonderful! The place is amazing, super comfortable and with a breathtaking view of the gods. The location is excellent and everything was very clean and organized. Jae was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to help us with any questions. A special highlight was the flexibility in check-in, which made all the difference for us. It was a very positive experience and we certainly intend to return soon. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is simply splendid — spacious, airy and very well decorated, with a beachy charm that perfectly matches the energy of the place. Every detail was designed to provide comfort and well-being. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching into the horizon like a living picture. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a unique experience, which brought an indescribable peace. Undoubtedly, it is the ideal place for those seeking a refuge from the daily grind, a space where body and mind find rest and renewal. It was a memorable stay, and we will certainly be back. Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

The stay was great! The apartment in general was completely impeccable, it matched the listing, everything was in the best condition. Communication and reception were the differential. We really liked it and we intend to return next year.

The apartment was great for 2 or 3 people! It has a balcony and lots of sun! It has a washing machine and the distance to the beach is super close, the security and tranquility too! super recommended

The building is safe, quiet and the staff were super attentive the whole time. We feel totally at home. Only negative point: having to go back home lol. 🥹

The flat is identical to the photos and is extremely clean. As soon as we walked in, we could smell the cleanliness and the place was totally cozy. The view is incredible, and the beach is across the street, just cross. Wander is very attentive, helpful and responds very quickly. In addition to providing bed linen, which makes it much easier to pack. We will definitely return!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

Juliana has been super proactive and receptive from the start. We celebrated birthdays with friends and everything was perfect. We received a muffin at check-in and were even able to extend check-out. The space was impeccable, closer to the beach than it seems, so you can do everything on foot. Very empathetic and cooperative. We will definitely return more often!

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

I have been to Guarujá many times, by far, one of the best apartments I have ever been to. Perfect structure and location!

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
