Yan's accommodation is exactly as advertised, everything very well decorated, with several appliances for our comfort and convenience. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room is excellent. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Marcelo helped us a lot on arrival, and Yan even gave suggestions for tours. I recommend it 100%! The location is excellent!!!

Excellent stay. Very clean and organized exactly as in the photos. We were in two couples and the apartment served us very well. Less than 5min walk to the beach of Geriba. We'll be back for sure. I recommend it to everyone.

I loved my days at Melissa's place. She left beach service and toiletries in the bathrooms in a hurry. Very delicate. The space is a haven of peace and contact with nature. Nearby hotels have several open activities for non-guests that I highly recommend. There were days of beach, hiking, yoga and meditation. I'm coming back to São Paulo, refreshed! Hope to be back soon!

The apartment is according to the announcement! The condominium is wonderful, very quiet, the children loved it. The house served us perfectly, the pool having a lifeguard is a differential. We were unlucky that one of the condominium apartments was under construction during our stay, so during the day we kept hearing construction noises. As a point of improvement, the TV could be smart so we can connect; we were restricted to only 5 channels. Other than that, everything was perfect! We'll be back for sure.

Mariana is an excellent host, she responded instantly, very warm. The apartment's location is steps away from Dos Ossos beach, very close to Joao Fernandes, Azeda, Azedinha and downtown (walking distance). A short walk from a wide range of restaurants.

I really liked it, close to the fair square and the beach of the fort. In front of the building, there are all the shops, especially a little bar with wonderful drinks and live music, I would definitely come back.

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

Beautiful two-story penthouse apartment right on the beach. Alex, the building manager, was very nice, polite and super helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is excellent, you can get to store the car in the garage and simply walk to the beach from the fortress to the restaurants, only remove the car to go to the long beaches. Cozy apartment I felt at home, all the instructions about the apartment were very clear and my stay was excellent for sure I will come back more often.

I loved the place, both myself and my family. Very comfortable, has good restaurants nearby, supermarket and the beaches are very close to the place. We will be back soon, Opigado.

The house was clean, quality bedding and clean, very good full mattress, and pillows too. The kitchen is complete. All in very good taste. The condominium and its staff are great

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️

I get back in camp I'm only in this place. amazing pool restaurant all very affordable value. but cheap that on the beach. wonderful food. we only have compliments.
