The stay at Phil's house was excellent! Starting with the location in a quiet area with a spectacular beach a doorman away listening to the noise of the waves, the pool, the games for the children and adults, the bathrooms practically that in every bedroom, the friendliness of Luana and Patricia in the administration of cleaning and cooking, added to Phil's prompt willingness to help us with anything, made our experience fabulous. It was an incredible vacation. God willing, we'll be back soon!

Everything was excellent! I just think they could have left toilet paper available, because there were 5 of us and there was only 1 roll in the downstairs bathroom and 1 in the upstairs bathroom. In the emergency, we had to provide and we did not know about this condition. No mais, tudo perfect!

Sergio is a very friendly person, he was always attentive to us, and he waited for us with a gift, which is very much appreciated. The place is beautiful, just as it appears in the photos, I would even dare to say that it is better than in the photos, totally recommended.

Carolina and Martin are great hosts and the place is a paradise. We have stayed at the condominium other times and recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

100% recommended! The best view from the balcony, the sunsets, listening to the sound of the sea at night is priceless. The apartment is clean, with the services as described and Guto always responding immediately! I would definitely come back.

I loved the house. It has a beautiful view of the entire Ferradura Beach. Super cozy, clean and airy environment. Host Carlos was extremely attentive. Always available to help. He even helped us buy charcoal. A thousand thanks!

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had a very pleasant 5 days! Thank you!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 5 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, as well as being well-equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos, with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

The house is beautiful, the spaces are very comfortable, Carlos and his wife are very friendly and willing to help with everything you need, as is Marlene. I would definitely go back to the accommodation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

Spent a week at Ana and Fabiano's place. Great apartment at the end of a side street so very little foot or vehicle traffic. Close to many restaurants. Well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. Ana was very communicative which was great. The bed was very comfortable and they had a lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the view and fresh air. Would gladly stay here again.

I'm delighted! Paula was super helpful, a lovely person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. The cottage is simply amazing, cozy, with wonderful views and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I booked a wedding surprise on the side, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever had! The environment was carefully prepared, with beautiful decor and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. We will definitely be back more often. Gratitude for everything!

Alexia's house is absolutely wonderful and for me it was chosen especially to spend my 30th birthday because it is so special. Alexia was an excellent host and went out of her way to make sure everything went well, helping me to make this reservation happen even when the house was no longer available on Airbnb, she made it happen, so I thank her very much! She was always quick to respond and gave tons of great suggestions! The view of the sea and the sunset are priceless, the path to Tartaruga beach, the proximity to the center of Búzios but at the same time being located in a quiet area, I found it wonderful. The decor and the extremely good taste make the house undoubtedly special and irreverent. A place with a lot of nature and art. The only negative point is the mosquitoes, but nothing that a good repellent and proper candles can't solve, so I advise you to go prepared with that. Apart from that, everything was amazing, I highly recommend it and hope to return one day!

Everything was great! Perfect location for those who enjoy Rua das Pedras without taking a car. Cleanliness and organization and friendliness Great. We'll be back!!!
