My first time in Paraty,the accommodations met my expectations, all within expectations. Janaína was very polite and present in answering my doubts,I take the opportunity to thank and say so soon.

I highly recommend it! The site is close to everything (restaurants, travel agencies, shops, pharmacy...)! Caminhando takes about 10 minutes to get to the Historic Center, and about 15 or 20 minutes to Pontal Beach. There are restaurants that are more affordable than the centrinho on the nearest streets. Marina and Zefah are extremely welcoming, attentive and polite. Communication with the Marina is very easy... Responds quickly, gives the tour tips and whatever else you need. The suite is next to the house, sharing the same backyard. It has plenty of privacy! The room is very clean, as is the bathroom. All brand new, beautiful and very neat!

The stay at Adriana's place was wonderful. Close to the historic center and at the same time very quiet. The combination was perfect. Adriana welcomed us very well and our stay was wonderful. The house is spacious and very pleasant.

The inn is excellent, with a structure that perfectly meets the needs of those seeking a comfortable and practical stay on the beach. What surprised me the most were the details: items like iron, iron and dryer make all the difference to make the experience even more convenient. We even extend the daily rates for another two days. Paraty is amazing, plenty of places to know and return to a quiet place made us feel at home. In addition, Julio is an exceptional host, always available and ready to help with whatever it takes. I recommend with my eyes closed! I can't wait to come back, this time bringing more family members and friends to enjoy this amazing place.

We were very well received by Zé Cássio, who even went to pick us up at the bus station — a gesture of hospitality that has already demonstrated the care with which he treats his guests. The apartment was impeccable: clean, organized and with all the necessary utensils, including for those who like to cook. The location is also excellent, about 800m from the historic center and with easy access to bakeries, markets and restaurants. Throughout the stay, Zé Cássio was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help with whatever it took — even offering us his personal car to go to the market. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope I can come back soon!

Our stay at Andreia's place was simply amazing! Since the first contact, she was extremely solicitous, clarifying all our doubts and giving great tips for tours and restaurants in the area. The house then exceeded all expectations! We were in a group of five adults, a teenage girl and a two-year-old baby, and the property served us perfectly. The rooms are spacious, airy and very well cared for. The rooms were impeccable, with clean, comfortable bedding, and bathrooms equipped with soft, smelling towels. The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We do not miss anything at all. What about the outside area? Simply wonderful! The pool is safe for children, and my son had a lot of fun. It was a perfect space to relax and enjoy special family moments. In addition, the location is excellent, with easy access to downtown Paraty. Without a doubt, we love the experience and look forward to coming back!

The house is very cozy and has several items in the kitchen, which made it very easy during the stay. It is just 2 minutes from the beach, which is super quiet. From there, the tours to Ilha das Couves — a surreal place of so beautiful! The only slightly uncomfortable situation was the lack of energy, caused by a very heavy rain. We went two days without light, and after that, the wifi was oscillating a lot — something more related to the infrastructure of the region than to the house itself. But Lúcia was super solicitous and gave us all the necessary support, even with candles! Confess that it was even interesting to run out of wifi — we were able to cook together and enjoy the moment as a family by candlelight, which had its rsrs charm. In addition, the village is an invitation to slow down, enjoy the days on the beach, enjoy the sunset and listen to the birds in the morning. Thank you very much Marília and Fernando! I traveled with my girlfriend and had an amazing stay at Fausto's house during Carnival. The house is exactly as in the pictures: simple, cozy and very nice. The balcony is too hot. Fausto was an exceptional host, very helpful from the first contact. He answered all our questions, gave great tips for tours and beaches in the area, and even helped us carry the bags at 3:30 am when we arrived. The house has everything you need to cook, and we take the opportunity to make all our meals there. We buy fresh fish with the fishermen there from the village. Picinguaba is a quiet getaway, even at Carnival. The only issue was the parking difficulty, since the village is small and has few spots, but nothing that hindered the experience. I highly recommend the stay for those looking for peace and a charming place close to nature. I will definitely return. Valeu, Fausto!

It was an excellent stay. Ana and Alcir are very friendly and helpful and are always ready to help us. The place is nice and safe too. Despite having houses nearby, because it's in a condominium, we had no problems with noise. Impeccable cleanliness and organization. It was very worthwhile and I will recommend it to friends.

Spacious apartment in an elegant, historic-style complex with charming gardens. It gets plenty of natural light, has lots of room to store your clothes and belongings, and is well-equipped with kitchen amenities, including a coffee maker. There’s drinking water, a good hot shower, and a bidet. Plenty of parking space. The location is great—walking distance to downtown and the beach—and the area feels very safe. I recommend asking about the short hidden path up the hill that leads to a lookout with a spectacular view. The host was always available and communication was excellent. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Relax in a tranquil environment, surrounded by lots of greenery and wake up to the sound of birds, enjoying a comfortably building structure via reconstruction. So were my days at Almir and Gisele's chalet for the end of the year. I'll be back more often ! Would recommend

I stayed once again at this house. I love the location near the beach and situated in a cozy villa. The place is clean and communication with Jussara is easy. I will definitely be staying another time.

The location is excellent, for those who like to be in contact with nature and silence, it is a sure choice! And in addition, it is close to the Paraty Center and some sights!
