Vacation rentals with a pool in Praia de Piranji

It was an amazing experience overall. The house is fantastic and made my experience and that of my entire family amazing.

Excellent house. It matches the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is by facial recognition at the entrance to the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing that leaves anything to be desired.

From the beginning, the hostess was extremely solicitous, polite and always very available to answer questions and help us in whatever we needed, this made us very comfortable and made all the difference in our experience. The house is simply wonderful: clean, well cared for, cozy and exactly like the pictures. Every detail was thought of with affection, which made us feel right at home throughout the stay. The house is great, we were in a group of 22 adults, all were well accommodated, the house was fully equipped. Mr. Oswaldo is super kind. We loved our stay, and we'll be back.

Great place to stay with the family. I really liked it, 1000 points. I felt totally comfortable, clean and very organized environment. The people in charge were very polite and helpful. A great place to spend the summer

The apartment is on a very high floor, which provides a very nice view of part of the city. The apartment has several amenities and is close to the mall and supermarkets. Fabiane was also very helpful whenever we needed her.

The apartment is impeccable, with a clean and organized atmosphere that conveys coziness and tranquility. Each room is well lit, with pleasant and functional decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The furniture is well maintained and arranged in a practical way, while the air is fresh and the overall feeling is one of care and zeal. However, the entrance has a small setback: the doorman, on two occasions, tried to prevent access, which can cause some discomfort. Despite this, the interior of the apartment compensates for any inconvenience, being a comfortable and well-maintained refuge.

One of the favorite stays of my life! And look, I've stayed in dozens of places and cities. The apartment is super cozy, very well located and has an indescribable view! The area is full of restaurants, has several options for breakfast and well policed. Iza is a lovely person and was super attentive with us. We already miss the apartment and we intend to return soon!

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.

The stay was excellent, Cláudia always attentive to solve any issue that appeared, beautiful and organized, including, the hostess offered to carry out the cleaning at no extra cost, which really exceeded my expectations.
