Beachfront vacation rentals in Praia de Parati - Anchieta

House with a nice view of Namorados beach, facing the beach, close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. I didn't like the double bed, it was too uncomfortable, I literally slept in a hole. The mattress was deep at the ends, forming a hole, where it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Apartment with great location. Good restaurants nearby. Very good for those with mobility issues due to the proximity to downtown Guarapari. Photos match the location. Every Friday there is live music in the square in front of the building, and it is possible to watch it even from the balcony. The beaches of Castanheira, Namorados, Virtudes and Areia Preta are very close, within a 1-km radius. It was very worth it. I recommend it!!! We'll be back soon. Luciano was an excellent Host. Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

A great space for rest and tour , very close to the supermarket and restaurants, all very organized and clean, I loved my lodging , and the host very polite and always available, I will come back other times ❤️

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

We felt at home, extremely pleasant experience, we had no issues whatsoever, in fact it is a true corner of paradise. Shirley was very attentive and always concerned about maintaining our well-being throughout the stay. I look forward to returning, nor will I need to research the stay at Enseada Azul anymore, it is already chosen, thank you Shirley for providing us with these pleasant and peaceful days!

My family and I had incredible and unforgettable days, Rafael and Erica's apartment is charming, beautiful, everything in extremely good taste, we felt like we were in a hotel. Rafael responds promptly and clarifies all doubts, description and photos of the place made with accuracy, employees and residents of the building super polite and attentive, it is our second time in this spectacular place and we will definitely return if God wills. The view from the room is a show in itself, spectacular, a gift from God, if I may give you a tip: take at least 1 day to contemplate the sunrise, surreal and beautiful.

The apartment is great for a stay on this quiet beach in Guarapari. The description and photos show everything about the apartment. We went in 4 people and we were very comfortable in the place. The kitchen is well equipped with the vast majority of the necessary utensils (there was no Airfryer, but that didn't disrupt our plans). Otherwise, everything is great and useful. The rooms are a good size and the living room is very spacious. It has internet and SmartTV, as well as a wonderful view. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. The building doormen are kind and helpful. I recommend the apartment and the beaches that are close to it to everyone.
