The Lar na Praia vacation home is in the Barra de Itapemirim district, the most populated place in Marataízes, a commercial hub with shops, supermarkets and a wholesale store. The house is in the center near bakeries, pharmacies, a home goods store, bed, table and bath, pet shops, emergency health care, restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, etc.

Cozy house 800 meters from the beach

3-bedroom house, two with a double bed and the other with a double bed and two single beds. The living room has 3 sofas that can be used as a single bed as well. It has a gourmet area with a cooktop, freezer, barbecue, oven and wood stove, garage for 3 cars, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. We are 800 meters from the beach. 400 meters from the Mercado Navio. 30m from a leisure area with a lake and around it a running track and outdoor gym. Bed and bath linens are not provided.

It has a large terrace for resting, with hammocks and a barbecue available to have that barbecue with family or friends. Quiet, safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Capixaba Pearl Getaway

It is a fully independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easily accessible and in an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It's very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuits). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.

Spacious house in the center

Super nice space with 5 bedrooms in downtown Marataizes. 100 meters from the beach, close to all shops, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. My house has all the amenities for families and small groups, including a small central garden with hammocks and a barbecue area. I will leave beach chairs and a tent at the disposal of guests. Important: bed linens and towels are not included in the reservation. Additional cost of R$25/person.
